Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Santa Maria Capua Vetere

I stayed with 3 other friends for 3 nights. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. She was able to coordinate a car rental to be delivered to the house for us. The apartment is really large, walkable to a great beach and restaurants and so peaceful. The kitchen is rather small, therefore if you’re looking to cook a ton, might not be the best for that, but was perfect for preparing breakfast and snacks. Overall, it’s a beautiful space, really comfortable couches and would definitely stay again!

Luigi's apartment is very comfortable, very well-equipped and peaceful. Nothing is missing in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom to have a good stay. The terrace is incredible in its size and view Air conditioning in the apartment is a real asset In short, all these elements are well worth the 4 floors to climb Thank you Luigi

Nico's apartment is an oasis of tranquility. After the lively city, you can still sit on the beautiful terrace. The apartment is, as can be seen in the photos, beautifully furnished, bathroom and kitchen very clean and tidy. The subway can be reached in a few minutes. There are some nice pizzerias and restaurants nearby. Nico is very nice and helpful and lives in the same house. Overall: everything is great!

I stayed for three nights to explore Naples and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The apartment is in a perfect location—just a short walk from Piazza Amedeo, the sea, and the main shopping streets. It’s very clean, quiet, and I slept soundly every night. Ingrid was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and provided all the information I needed. I also really appreciated that check-in was possible from noon, which was a big help since my friend arrived before me and could already relax in the apartment. All in all, a great experience. I’d definitely come back!

The stay with Adriana was perfect! The accommodation was very large, equipped with everything you need and with air conditioning, which is essential in this heat. Adriana was very nice and helpful for any information, just contact her, she also left us a lot of stuff for breakfast which was very much appreciated. The area itself is very nice but quite busy, so it might be a little difficult to fall asleep for those who are not used to the noise of cars. The apartment is not exactly in the center, but you can get around by bus, although you have to be careful because they don't always pass. Otherwise, you can get around on foot (about 30 minutes from the center). Otherwise, everything is perfect. If I had to go back to Naples, it would definitely be my choice!

We loved this Airbnb! We didn’t think it could be better than the pictures, but it definitely was. You are surrounded by the ocean, which is not just amazing for the views, but also for the sound :) we loved spending time in the garden, BBQ-ing, enjoying the outside shower, chilling in the sun or shade, watching both the sunrise and sunset… simply amazing!

I stayed one night with my family, the house was very clean, very tidy. We slept very well. The house has everything you need. The owner is very friendly and coordinates very well.

Awesome experience! Casa Teka is a great place to stay, in a beautiful inner courtyard, with a great location for reaching the Amalfi coast, Sorrento and the wonderful nearby mountains. Torre Annunziata deserves to be discovered and in a few days we felt at home, this also thanks to Teodoro, to his family! (try their pizza at the pizzeria near the house)

The area is very convenient, both when arriving from the station by metro and for getting around on foot in the city, or even for taking the funicular to go up to San Martino. The building is a small condominium that feels like home in a part of Naples not yet dominated by shops and tourist spots. If you want, you can do your shopping in the nearby supermarket. - Check-in worked great. We felt very good!

Maria is a fantastic host, very kind and helpful. The house is equipped with everything you need, the outdoor space is very pleasant and functional for returning from the sea. The location is very convenient, very close to the sea (on foot), the bus stop, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it!

Very easy to access on foot after a long, clean and quiet trip. We rested and we were able to continue the journey further.

Very happy with our stay in Portici. It is a very small studio perfect for a few days. It came equipped with everything you need for daily life, EVERYTHING. María is a very attentive host, she was very attentive during our stay and recommended and gave us advice on everything we asked for. Portici has many things to see, we recommend you take a tour of the neighborhood.

Paola and her daughter Zelda are very friendly, smiling and very responsive hosts. The accommodation is ideally located for getting to the historic center (5 minutes from the train station). The terrace is really a plus for relaxing in peace after visiting Naples.

I had a very good stay, The view from the terrace is exceptional, the accommodation is not modern but very typical which gives it its charm and has all the necessary amenities. The addition of air conditioning and a small touch of refreshment would make it perfect. The apartment is ideally located and is barely 200 meters from the Materdeï Metro station. Salvatore and his wife communicate very well and are very responsive to any information. I highly recommend it!!!!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Anna and Luigi’s place for a few days, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome. Anna and Luigi are, without a doubt, the best hosts we've ever had! They are incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely care about making your stay special. They went above and beyond by offering us a ton of helpful recommendations, from must-see sights in the area to delicious local restaurants. Their local insights really helped us make the most of our trip. I would 100% recommend staying with Anna and Luigi to anyone visiting the area. Their hospitality and kindness made our stay unforgettable. They are simply amazing! 😊

Stefano was a responsive host and the neighborhood was centrally located

Antonio is very dear and nice, the room is actually a studio apartment with a fridge and induction stove. It is extremely comfortable and in excellent condition. To get there with suitcases, it is better to take a taxi from Central for about 15 euros. Then you can walk easily from the bus station, about 600 meters away. There is the Conad, a good supermarket that sells very good quality food at good prices. Antonio recommended two excellent restaurants nearby. A great place in Naples!! Thank you Antonio.

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! We had an incredible stay at Qiong's place. The apartment is beautiful: spacious, full of light, and brimming with character. Everything we wanted to explore in Naples was within easy walking distance, and our hosts were so thoughtful, from stocking the fridge with water to leaving a great list of local recommendations. It honestly felt more like a home than a rental, which made it perfect for both relaxing and exploring. One of our favourite parts was waking up to the spectacular view of downtown Naples from the balcony, coffee in hand. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer. A solid 10/10—we’ll be back and are already recommending it to friends.
