Family-friendly holiday rentals in Sasbachwalden

The flat was clean and had a lovely balcony overlooking the river, there were many walks to choose from which went directly from the house. There is tourist information in the next village along which can be walked to as its about 3km away. It was not made clear that there is only one bedroom, this is large and has lots of storage so is a nice room, the second bed is actually is a fold away one in the lounge area. This was not a problem for myself and my friend but just something to be aware of if you were wanting more privacy. The flat is self contained but it is within the house itself, there are a number of other flats within the building, if you are expecting it to be separate its not. There was occasionally a small amount of noise from the private part of the house where the host lives but this was not intrusive, just the children playing. Be aware that you will need to pay tourist tax at the end of your stay, its about one euro per person per day.

Ein großes, gemütliches Haus. Wir haben hier unseren alljährlichen Familienurlaub mit 14 Personen verbracht. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Langeweile gibt es hier nicht. Es war sehr heiß, als wir dort waren. Im Pool konnten wir uns gut abkühlen. Allerdings wären mehr Liegen mit Auflagen und ein Sonnenschirm mehr toll gewesen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

This was probably one of our best stays in our travels. Like others have said, you feel at home straight away, not only because the charm of the place, but perhaps more importantly - how Anita makes you feel like a welcomed friend. Her recommendations for where to go were spot on: we enjoyed the restaurants, towns, shops, and pubs. Of course, we enjoyed the sauna and the tub. The kitchen amenities were fantastic. The beds were so cozy. The WiFi was fast (two of us working remotely without issue on video calls) and there was enough space without us worrying about hearing each other. Parking spot right out front. Washer/Dryer worked great. The location is in a quaint, walkable town. It's quiet. You can see the stars at night, hear the birds, and just take a breath to enjoy it all. This is one special place. We're already planning our return trip back. :)

Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat Charme und liegt mitten in der Natur. Genau richtig für ein paar entspannte Tage. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé 4 jours entre amis à Saverne dans la location de Didier. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine bien équipée, la terrasse très agréable et la piscine et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus 👍. La location a beaucoup de charme, bien située pour profiter du centre de Saverne, du port, des châteaux et de très bons restaurants. Didier est un hôte très accueillant, disponible tout en étant discret. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié son professionnalisme. Nous recommandons sans hésiter

Nous avons voyagé dans le cadre d’un séjour à Europa Park (30min de route). Équipements extérieurs au top (piscine, sauna, jacuzzi, terrain de pétanque…) Logement bien équipé et fonctionnel. Merci!

Liebevoll eingerichtetes AirBnB! Alles wie in der Beschreibung. 20-30 min fußläufig in die Innenstadt. Ruhige angenehme Gegend. Privatparkplatz wie beschrieben vorhanden. Leider ist die Wohnung relativ feucht, aber er gibt einen Raumentlüfter. Gerne wieder!

Céline’s apartment is the perfect place to stay in Strasbourg. It is incredibly centrally located, yet is amazingly quiet due to its location off an inner courtyard. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. I have not one single negative thing to say about it. It really is one of the absolute best Airbnb apartments we have stayed in. Highly recommended!

Wir haben ein paar wunderbare Tage in der kleinen, gemütlichen Kota auf dem Pferdehof verbracht. Die Kota ist zwar kompakt, aber mit viel Liebe und selbstgemachtem Geschirr von Marie eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Kurzurlaub braucht. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die herzliche Gastfreundschaft der beiden Gastgebern – Marie und Michel sind unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam und haben uns sofort das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal: In nur 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der nächsten S-Bahn-Station, von dort erreicht man das Zentrum von Straßburg in 15 bis 20 Minuten – perfekt für Ausflüge in die Stadt, ohne auf die Ruhe der ländlichen Umgebung verzichten zu müssen. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten.

Wir haben zu 3. eine Woche anfang Mai bei bestem Wetter in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Zuerst einmal waren wir begeistert von der Lage: an einem Bergabhang, abgelegen vom Dorf mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Tal und die baumbedeckten Hügel. Der Balkon ist sehr groß sodass man sich den ganzen Tag dort aufhalten kann. Abends bekamen wir oft Besuch von den Rehen, die in einem weitläufigen Wildgehege direkt vor dem Balkon leben. Wir haben noch nie so ein sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus gehabt! Es hat einem wirklich an nichts gefehlt und alles war in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Vom Haus aus kommt man direkt auf die Wanderwege, welche teils atemberaubende Ausblicke bieten und auch für Anfänger empfehlenswert sind, da es sich fast durchgängig um befestigte Wege handelt. Die Eigentümer Diana und Gerda haben wir als überaus freundliche Menschen kennengelernt, bei denen man auch jederzeit ein selbstgebackenes Brot, Honig oder Eier kaufen kann. Nur zu Empfehlen!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Freudenstadt (die nächste Ortschaft) ist gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Durch die Kurtaxe lohnt sich auf jeden Fall auch die Nutzung der Öffis. (Haltestelle direkt am Haus). Freudenstadt bietet tolle Restaurants, einen riesigen Marktplatz, einige Museen und allerlei Lädchen zum Bummeln. Für alle Naturfreunde kann man entweder sofort von der Unterkunft aus starten oder per Autofahrt z.b. die Allerheiligen Wasserfälle erkunden. Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Sogar einen Holzofen für die kalten Tage ist vorhanden. Sara und Tassilo sind sehr nette Gastgeber und auf jeden Fall einen (oder mehr) Besuch wert! Für uns eine ganz klare Empfehlung :)

Logement très agréable pour un week-end passé avec des amis. Il est très proche du centre ville (15 minutes à pieds) et le tram est juste à côté. Geny et Richard sont très gentils et accueillants, je recommande vivement ! Merci beaucoup.

We loved staying at Ramona’s place. Perfect location for accessing everything Baden-Baden has to offer. The apartment and beds were comfortable and had everything we could have needed. Transportation to and from by bus was easy, we walked everywhere we needed to go after arrival. The apartment was quiet yet it was right in the heart of the town. Ramona was super responsive and willing to accommodate our special request though we ultimately didn’t need it. A great place, I highly recommend it!

This is the 2nd stay at Rebecca and Daniels place and it was an excellent stay. Would absolutely stay again. The house was very clean and was supplied with everything we needed. There was a garage for us to store motorbikes. We were met by Jose who was very helpful.

Das Wetter war leider nur am letzten Tag gut. Das Schwimmbad war in Ordnung. Das Haus ist in zwei Teile geteilt, wobei einer von der Gastgeberin bewohnt wird. Das Badezimmer durften jedoch nur wir nutzen. Die Lage ist eher ländlich (in einem Dorf), und es gibt nur wenige Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Étant un groupe de 4 adultes & 4 enfants, l'appartement est très confortable et fonctionnel. Il est moderne, propre et très bien équipé (y compris les épices & sauces exotiques :)). Les hôtes sont très réactifs, disponibles et flexibles. Peut-être le seul petit bémol est la couverture du wifi (un peu difficile à capter depuis la chambre en bas et la cuisine)

Mobilhome conforme à la description et très bien situé pour les visites que nous nous étions fixées (Strasbourg, Colmar et les petits villages aux alentours). Estelle m’a bien renseignée et est très agréable. Nous avons pu traverser le Rhin avec le ferry et ainsi rejoindre Europa-Park qui ne se trouve qu’à 10km. Je recommande vivement!

We were warmly welcomed by Angele and Antoine who gave us good clear instructions on how to use all the facilities ensuring that if we had any questions or problems she was always available to us. The garden is beautiful and well kept with fruit and nut trees adding to the charm. It is very quiet, peaceful and the pool looked extremely inviting but just not warm enough for us yet. Easy access to the Alsace wine route and the villages on the route were very quant and interesting. This is a must do on any visit to the area. An extremely easy check in/out and would recommend this property to all.

Un appartement comme une maison avec très joli jardin/terrasse et piscine chauffée. Délicates attentions de boissons dans le frigo, beaux espaces de nuit, tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine et tout très propre. Un très agréable séjour où nous reviendrons très certainement, merci Valérie

Familienzeit zu Zehnt verbringen haben wir zum ersten Mal gemacht. Was für ein Glück, so ein tolles Haus dafür gefunden zu haben mit extrem netten Vermietern in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Unsere Wünsche wurden alle erfüllt und alle waren extrem glücklich.

Muy recomendable! Nos quedamos para poder ir al Europa Park y estuvimos muy satisfechos. Todo muy limpio y la cocina completísima, hasta con una balanza. También tienen piscina y sauna, pero no los probamos. Me volvería a alojar aquí
