Glamping out in the fields or inside a converted barn

Out in the countryside on an old horse farm, you can stay among the fields in a cozy and spacious glamping tent. It can accommodate 4 people but is recommended for a maximum of 4 adults. The tent is rented out with mattresses, warm blankets and comfortable pillows. You have access to cooking and socializing indoors in the stable building in bad weather, as well as the opportunity to sleep in the stable building. The entire farm is one hectare in size and the tent is located in a private area far from our residential house with a stable that separates it. Dogs welcome!

Kalvhagen Lavvo

Spend the night in a lavvo, with a good bed (2 90 cm frame mattresses put together or separated), bed linens and towels included in the price. It's soothing to listen to birds singing, water cascading from the stream nearby, and the view of the sea. Path to the shore for swimming in the sea, swimming in fresh water in the stream, outdoor toilet. Moose and deer may pass by, eagles glide overhead and find their vantage point in the spruce trees beyond to keep an eye on anyone fishing in the fjord. Make coffee and cook your food on a campfire or on a gas burner.

The glamping tent is spacious and stylishly decorated with comfortable beds, soft bedspreads and a cozy atmosphere. The tent is equipped with heaters, so you can enjoy your stay, regardless of the weather. You will also find a private bathroom near the tent. At the glamping tent, you also get a private terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or end the day with a glass of wine. If the weather does not improve, there is the option to move into the barn, where the living room and small kitchen can be found.

Bergskog Living - Tipi tent

Tipien is one of five rental units in Bergskog, and here you can enjoy peace and quiet in a unique outdoor area. The place is idyllically situated in the woods. The area has magnificent nature, good recreational areas, sought-after bike trails and idyllic waters. It is a short distance to swimming areas, nature trails for hiking in the mountains and various viewpoints such as Gjuvhovde and Lauviksnuten. Gaustatoppen is an hour's drive away. Experience nature with comfort in our glamping tent! Sleep well in a 180 cm wide bed with thick duvets and soft down pillows – all for a truly relaxing stay. The tent is located on a private terrace in a secluded part of Strömsnäs Naturcamping, surrounded by nature and overlooking the water. You bring your own sheets and towels. Shared kitchen, shower and toilet are in close proximity. For an extra golden edge: book our wood-fired sauna by the lake. Free Wi-Fi is available in the reception area.

You will be greeted with the bird songs, smells of the forest flowers and herbs, the calming sound of the bonfire, embraced in the peace of the river bank. You will be able to explore natural living in a magical tipi 20m from Ogre River. Here you can find time for creative happenings, healing gatherings or just simply escape the city with your loved ones.

Stay in a teepee tent in a rural idyll not far from the hustle and bustle of the big city! Granlund is a small farm just outside Knivsta. Around the farm our sheep graze and during the summer sunny days you hear the buzz of our diligent bees. The farm is located next to Ängbyskogen nature reserve and behind the corner passes Upplandsleden. A simple but unique accommodation with a capacity of up to 10 people. Access to outdoor kitchen and charming toilet in "colorado style".

You can make coffee/tea in the nearby cabin. Public restrooms are by the beach about 450 meters away. There is no access to a bath or running water. There are cozy restaurants and ice cream parlors in the nearby beach center.

Aurora hut, 50 m2. For hiking experts.

The hut is great as a base for hiking in the lake-area or in the fells. There is a fireplace, so cooking and spending time with even a larger group works well. Sleeping is possible on the concrete floor, but requires good camping gear. Ivalo 3 km and the airport 14 km. Firewood 10€/bag (in pics), plowing the snow 35€. There is an outhouse and a spring for water nearby.
