We really enjoyed our vacation at this place! The two houses that we rented with our group of 10 offered enough space for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped and offered everything we needed for our self-catering. We were able to prepare meals together without any problems and the selection of cooking options was sufficient. The highlight of our stay was the hot tubs, which were cleaned daily and thus always offered a clean and pleasant experience. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and the place is definitely recommended.

We were a group of 9 people and were all totally thrilled with the place. We've never experienced such a well-equipped Airbnb. We actually lacked nothing. Check-in also worked smoothly. The place is highly recommended! :-)

Staying in this house was just amazing. It's much nicer in reality than the pictures. Especially the large windows make the stay so special – be it at breakfast overlooking the countryside or in the evening cozy on the couch in front of the fireplace. The house is superbly equipped – not only with all the kitchen utensils and machines you need, but also with many practical things like salt, oil, pepper, dishwasher tablets or washing powder and much more. This makes the stay pleasantly uncomplicated. The communication with Jaap was always warm, quick and very attentive. You can tell that he really cares about making his guests feel comfortable – thank you for that. A special extra: the pool is currently being completely redone. If you arrive in summer, you can look forward to a completely new, beautiful pool. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back.

Maria and Michael are very friendly hosts. We felt very comfortable in the exceptional tiny house with pellet stove. We also had fun playing darts in the garden house and at the recommended excursion destinations.

Absolutely beautiful house, spotless and in incredible surroundings. All our needs were met. Only gripe is that, upon arrival, we were subjected to a tirade of messages from the keyholder, asking for credit card details for a deposit, and for us to pay (first in cash then by bank transfer) a local tax. Booking with Airbnb should not require any further charges. When I did not reply immediately (I was trying to check it was a legitimate request) I was badgered for the payment. We also had to complete an online form giving names, addresses, passport details etc of every person in our party. All of this should have been done before we left; after a long and exhausting day travelling it significantly reduced our enjoyment of our first day.

We loved our stay! The home was just as shown, and we were very comfortable. The walk down to the river is not very difficult. If you go across the bridge, you can keep walking up to the church you can see from the patio. We already miss the patio and its view! The home is also ideally located for taking in Soca Valley. Glad we chose to stay here!

The host provided a great, clean accommodation. She was very nice and kind, very helpful. I would gladly recommend her to anyone.

We loved our stay! The property at the end of Lake Bohinj is lovely, with a beautiful creek flowing behind it and is close to the lake and many hiking trails. The property is big and very well kept. My family had fun playing games on the large grassy area with a volleyball net. The cabin is new, clean and cozy with nice bedding and well stocked kitchen and linens. We made 3 dinners and found everything we needed for food prep. If you're going to cook, you may want to pick up groceries before arriving in the area as the local markets have somewhat limited options. Amenities in the cabin were perfect! We watched movies, took saunas and lit fires in the fireplace - wood and kindling provided in cabin. Washer/dryer worked great and it was nice to do some laundry before moving on to our next destination. Jaka is very responsive. He communicates well and proactively using the AirBnB app.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house during Christmas! The setting by the Radovna River was like something out of a holiday postcard, with serene views and a peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was warm (really, it was pre-heated right before our arrival), cozy, and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We decorated the house ourselves for Christmas, and it added such a personal touch to the already lovely space. Spending time by the fireplace and enjoying the cozy atmosphere made our holiday truly special. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our Christmas meals. Slovenia Estates team (special thanks to Beverley and Helena) was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Celebrating Christmas here was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway. We’d love to return in the future!

We greatly enjoyed our stay with the Mocilnik family. Karel and his wife were always ready to help and are very friendly. It gives a real family atmosphere! From the Airbnb you can reach Bled in no time and within an hour there are still many different sights! Slovenia is really a beautiful country and we greatly enjoyed our trip! The view from Maya’s house is amazing…just like the pictures. The house is full of antiques and is so homey and unique. We did the walk around the lake, and you can start right from the house. Maya was an amazing host— so helpful and responsive to all of our questions! If you have a car, I highly recommend this place. It is a just a short drive into town, and is in a very peaceful location. One tip: We came in on a Saturday evening and all grocery stores in the town are closed on Sundays, so just be aware of that. (Restaurants are open though).

We had a great stay at Barbara’s place. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, spacious, and very well-equipped. The location is ideal: peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet still close to Lake Bled and Vintgar Gorge, either by car or a scenic walk. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole place felt comfortable and thoughtfully prepared. Communication with Barbara was quick and helpful throughout. I would highly recommend it if you're looking for a quiet, well-located base to explore the area.

It’s a magical place and we felt right at home. Sven was there to receive us and showed us around the property. The view is amazing and peaceful. Couldn’t find a better place to relax and enjoy the nature at its finest. We were even allowed to have the fresh strawberries and the herbs directly from the garden. What a privilege to be able to experience such a comfortable stay. All in all a great gateway experience. Five days were too less to spend in such an amazingly beautiful and peaceful place. We would definitely be going there again 😃

Boštjan and his wife are very kind. They welcomed us in the garden, and we instantly got along. Boštjan gave us several suggestions on what we could do. We really felt good in this apartment. The place is clean and well-maintained. There is a free parking space in front of the apartment. The lake is a 10-minute walk away. Great location. I would also recommend it to families.

Spacious apartment with fantastic views. Great location, but will need a car, to visit all the stunning scenic spots. Vintgar gorge, Lake Bled and Lake Bohinj were are favourites. Slovenia is such a stunning country, with lovely views and lovely people. We're already thinking about arranging our next trip. Thanks Mojca for helping us have a fantastic holiday.

Moin, we felt very comfortable with Marion. It is a nice and quiet area, ideal for relaxing. Marion is a very friendly and caring hostess. Upon our arrival, she provided us with fresh bread, cake, cheese, etc. and various drinks were available. She had already provided fresh water, baskets and treats for our dog. There was also a wide choice of cosmetics/ toiletries for individual and everyday needs. Marion made sure everything you need is available. We had a very nice time there. Thank you very much.

We were 5 friends staying at Srecko’s place and we had a lovely time! He greeted us upon arrival, told us about the area, and made sure we were settled in. He answered all of our questions and was super accommodating and helpful. The home itself was comfortable, nicely decorated, and well furnished. We had absolutely everything we needed: from tea to shower products to cooking oil. It felt like a little home away from home and if we ever come back to Bled, I’m sure we’d stay here again!

Amazing and cosy chalet, perfect place to chill and hang out with friends or family (while everyone can still have their privacy). Spela, the host, was super helpful and responsive. Can recommend it 100%!

We've been there for the 2nd time and will be back for sure. Great house . We were there with our kids. Each bedroom has en-suite bathrooms . The kitchen is well equipped and everything is picobello clean . Perfect place for a relaxed getaway.

Wonderful and large space, with exceptionally kind hosts that even offered to pick me up from the Bled-Jezero train station. Check-in and check-out was also very easy. I would definitely stay here again, it is a bargain for the price and amount of space you get, in addition to the peaceful surroundings.

Beautiful and peaceful location. Excellent for serious hiking and good access to Soca valley and amenities. Lovely outdoor seating and eating area. Good opportunities for wildlife spotting. We arrived in the dark and a light was on inside with windows open so the house was full of insects. Not a problem for us but might be for others. Some essentials like toilet roll which was listed was not provided. The oven requires the stove to be lit so not ideal in warm weather. No iron found and no upstairs sockets. However, these were minor deviations from the listing and we loved our stay. Sadly other reviews mentioned swimming in the river but after the dry summer there was no river or swimming accessible by foot. Our email said check out 11:00 but the cleaner arrived just after 10 and we had a call saying it was 10:00. Hopefully that will be sorted for future guests so the information sent matches the expectations of the host. Road up was not as bad as other reviewers suggest.

This remote location was all we could have asked for. It is literally inside the national park, and a short walk put us on the park’s trail system. Besides being ideal for hikers, its proximity to the pass would make it easy for cyclists too. The cottage is beautifully picturesque, and with a gas range and nice assortment of cookware, meal preparation was easy. We suggest shopping beforehand, because the nearest grocery store has a limited selection. This is exactly what makes the cottage so special. Relaxing outside in the plentiful chairs, listening to birdsong, views of the Julian Alps are breathtaking.
