Holiday rentals with a patio in Schmallenberg

The place is exquisite. It's beautifully arranged furnishings give a warm and welcoming impression. I sense a woman's hand was in the design and decor. Alex and Patricia were really helpful providing maps and directions around the city. This was extremely useful in getting us to the cobbled streets of the old town. At first the issue of parking for me was confusing, but Alex explained everything. Great place to stay and great value for money. 👍

We enjoyed the quietness and the great view very much! On the small terrace you can have breakfast in the morning sun. The kitchen and bathroom are underground, as the apartment is on the slope, but there is a lot of light in the main living area. The bed is very comfortable and in general we felt really comfortable!

Hello We spent a week in the very tastefully furnished and very well-equipped apartment. The reception and key handover was very friendly and uncomplicated. Thank you again for the Welcome drinks! We felt very comfortable! Even with a trailer, parking is not a problem. The WLAN worked perfectly and a small soundbar for listening to music was also available. TV with Amazon and Netflix etc. helped us a lot through the rainy days! The Skywalk suspension bridge is easily accessible by a short hike from the nearby Hochheidehütte. On the small lake, which you can see from the balcony, water skiing is possible and the High Five bistro is highly recommended! Best regards, Jutta and Gernot

My friend and I spent four wonderful days with Anna and Matthias. We were very warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable the whole time. The apartment was super clean and the location is really perfect. The train station and supermarket are within a 5-10 minute walk. We were always able to reach out with any questions. We will definitely be happy to come back :)

After a long road trip around Europe to ride mountain bikes, we (2 girlfriends) chose to spend the last couple of days in Winterberg. The home was absolutely perfect for the purpose, as it was right next to the bike park, and it was really nice to stay a few days in a place like this, where everything was just fine when you were a little tired of traveling. In particular, it should be emphasized how informative it has been about renting the property and how good an offer this is for what you get. Nice, clean, cozy, fully equipped kitchen and good beds. When we come to Winterberg again, this property will be the first one we look for, and I will recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

Beautiful house, beautiful location

I was delighted with the accommodation that Katrin offered. The flat is vast. Everything was for me—a parking bay just at the door, only 100m to Lidl, and 500m to the open swimming pool. I slept very well—there were no noises coming from outside to my bedroom. To sum up, I got more than I expected.

The stay was very nice! The property is ideal for larger groups / families. It should be noted that the house has house numbers 21 and 23. The key box is located at house number 23. The house is fully equipped. Recommended at all times.

Thanks to this great accommodation, we spent wonderful days in the Sauerland. We felt very comfortable from the beginning; everything was exactly as described. Great location, surrounded by nature, nice house,cozy but everything present, fenced terrace , ideal for our dog and view of a beautiful garden, so much to see in the area and endless walks to make , really recommended

A trip with 3 adults and 2 children. Plenty of space, so many loving details. An incredibly beautiful garden. All as described. Whether for grandma and grandpa or the children... everything was there and really lovingly designed. Open the door and feel good! Even the bad weather didn't bother us much, because the accommodation was really good! Very close to the lake. Direct hikes possible. Any time again! Pia All as described.

We had a great stay. The accommodation is super cozy, modern and well equipped. The outdoor area also leaves nothing to be desired. Unfortunately, we had bad weather, otherwise we would certainly have used the nearby lake. All in all, we are very satisfied and would come back. We were 7 people staying with Irina. The house was clean, has a great view and offers plenty of space. The house was wonderfully equipped with an eye for detail - we lacked nothing. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is located in a cul-de-sac in a higher district of Meschedes in the direction of Hennesee, which is also within walking distance. The apartment has everything you need and the big plus that it is easy to keep cool even in high summer temperatures. A separate seating area for cozy evenings is available in the garden. You can certainly pursue many activities in the area and at/on the beautiful reservoir from here. But we preferred to enjoy the peace ; ) Giulio is an excellent host, who was communicative both before and during the stay and always had good tips at hand. Highly recommended!

The apartment is exactly as described. Tastefully furnished with a very nice view into the scenery. With our dog, we were able to take beautiful hikes nearby. Maik was always available and also warned us about black ice. We are happy to recommend the accommodation.

The home is spacious, light and clean. It was quite chilly inside at first, but with the wood stove on, we had a pleasant temperature in the cottage as quickly. The house was very fully furnished! We were by motorbike and we were given the opportunity to store the motorbikes in the garage. From this location you can take beautiful touring rides. Around the corner is a bakery/pizzeria where you can eat well and get fresh bread in the morning. We enjoyed it and felt completely comfortable. Thank you Birthe and Chris!

The place was a dream! It was a generously sized and bright apartment with a great view. Everything was very clean and we had everything you need. The communication on site was smooth and we felt comfortable from the first second. We were definitely not there for the last time. A clear recommendation.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Grönebach! It had everything we needed and more — perfect for our family of three plus our two dogs. The apartment was clean and really well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal, with the Dorfpfad hiking trail right nearby — a fantastic path with beautiful scenery that we all enjoyed, including the dogs! We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and would love to come back again. Highly recommend!
