It´s a 1-2 min walk to the next lake with beautiful clear water where you can go for swimming or even diving. Hire a SUB or a pedal boot and have fun. Later in the evening cocktails, beer and meals can be enjoyed at the SEASIDE Restaurant with a beautiful lake view included.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
