In the immediate vicinity is a small grocery store, the elementary school Am Strückerberg, the Church of the Redeemer, a savings bank and about 300 m away the attractive Gevelsberg city center with retail, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets... The Jakobsweg leads directly past our house.

The historic fountain house and Martfeld Castle are within walking distance in 10 or 20 minutes, as well as three beautiful playgrounds, a small soccer field and the forest with beautiful hiking trails. There are also two supermarkets and a beverage market close by.

Our apartment is part of an apartment house and is located in the immediate vicinity of the city center, 8 minutes walk to the train station( connections to all major cities such as Düsseldorf/Cologne/ Wuppertal/Dortmund etc.). Shopping within 2 min. The apartment itself is fully equipped. To the double bed there is the possibility of using the sofa bed (150x190 cm) It is a non-smoking apartment on the ground floor !
