Das historische Brunnenhäuschen und Schloss Martfeld sind fußläufig in 10 bzw. 20 Minuten erreichbar, ebenso wie drei Spielplätze, ein kleiner Bolzplatz und der Wald mit schönen Wanderwegen. Auch zwei Supermärkte, eine Apotheke, ein Getränkemarkt befinden sich ganz in der Nähe. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ca. 300 m vom Haus entfernt.
