The room had a beautiful view and a large balcony.We saw some dolphins a few times,and some stingrays from the balcony.The room was clean and exactly as described.Alex was wonderful and responsive when we had any questions.He also allowed us to show up a hour early.We had our own stuff,but if needed there is a closet full of umbrellas and beach toys.I would definitely recommend this place to anybody,and if I come back to pcb,I will likely try to stay here again.

The condo is very nice, clean, peaceful. Pictures are wonderful in showing you what to expect yet the experience of it is So Much More. I definitely recommend this location. 2 thumbs up, a perfect score

Quaint little place. Very homey feeling. Conveniently located with lots of places within walking distance. Loved the balcony overlooking the beach.

Room was great. Great view and only couple minutes to walk to Pier Park. Has everything you need. Well differently stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Seaglass Shores at Splash. The room was super kid-friendly, spacious, and clean. We enjoyed both bedrooms having comfy king size beds, big bathrooms and room for our daughter's bassinet and things. Being in an end room allowed for easy access to the elevator, a great balcony with outdoor seating and a quiet stay. Zach Munoz was very helpful with his communication both before the trip started and during with his quick responses. He created a downloadable guide that allowed for all room information, instructions, and recommendations in one place. Awesome! We had a lovely vacation and would definitely stay at Seaglass Shores at Splash again!

Nina’s place was very clean and check-in was easy. Nina provided clear instructions regarding parking and check-in along with checkout instructions. We loved the view from the balcony and having a king bed in both bedrooms was nice. Elevators were a bit hit or miss, only 2 working elevators out of 3 when we got there and one day they were down to 1 working elevator. Overall a great stay!

We love staying at the Majestic Beach Resort. Astrid's place was clean and tidy, small, but comfortable for two adults. She checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. Absolutely gorgeous view!

If your looking for a perfect beach getaway, look no further. The listing details are accurate and you will have a fantastic time. It was beautiful pottery barn decor meets the beach (my favorite and what caught our eye in the listing). The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated; nice size bedrooms and bathrooms and have I mentioned the amazing views from the large patio? It was a perfect family vacation! The kitchen has all the essentials for you to make whatever you want to. We choose to eat breakfast and lunch in and eat dinner out. It is right on the beach so the ease of going upstairs if your forgot something or needed a refill or a snack made it stress free. Honey the condo manager was amazing, attentive and answered any questions. The host Kim was great to work with, she provided thorough detailed instructions that were very easy to follow and answered any questions promply. The building is very family oriented, we loved it was not a crazy party building.

Kendra and her place we’re absolutely amazing. The condo was right on the beach and it looked like a movie every time I woke up. It was so relaxing to wake up at the beach every day and Kendra’s condo was exactly how she described it! I cannot wait to be back!

We had a wonderful vacation with our kiddos here! Splash has always been a family favorite resort of ours and when we return we plan to stay in this same condo again!

My daughter and i had a wonderful time! She has never seen the Gulf. We live on the Atlantic side north of St Augustine. She enjoyed swimming in the big salt water lake of the gulf side. Amazing restaurants and food with great shopping too! Awesome visit! Jeanette

My husband and I decided to celebrate our anniversary in Panama City and I gotta say…our stay was wonderful!!! The pictures matched what we saw in person except it was 10x better in person! We could see the beautiful beach from our room. It was very clean and check in instructions were very clear. All amenities stated are there. It’s a very private and reserved area, which we really loved. It felt safe. The Security crew at the little shack when you enter, were very attentive and nice. There were many breakfast restaurants around the area, that was a plus as we are big breakfast eaters! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone and everyone who is looking to book near PCB!!! 🏖️😎

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to get away from our hectic daily lives in Ohio! We went down for my close friend’s beautiful beach wedding and it was the perfect time! The place was exactly as described in the listing and I honestly have zero complaints. It was clean and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a rock!! The beach was easy walking distance and the beach chairs were an awesome bonus that she had there for our use! Leah went above and beyond for me! I had realized once I flew back to Ohio I had left something very valuable to me and she immediately got ahold of her people who had found it and kept it safe for me! I could not be anymore pleased with that customer service! And the honesty of her crew who found it for me! If I could give a million stars I would! I hope to come back in the near future and decompress again!

We had such a wonderful time! The house was in close proximity to the public pool which my kids loved. We walked there many times each day to swim and play. The golf cart was a huge perk as it made getting around a lot easier. We were able to take it to the beach and local shops or just cruise around town. The location right across from the Big Chill was our favorite part. This place is a must, especially if you have kids. We were able to walk over each day and evening for the variety of food and fun events that took place. The DJ dance party was our favorite! The home was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Shawna went above and beyond with the fun games and puzzles to play during our down time. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay on 30A, especially if you have a family. Tons to do and eat!

This was the best Air B n B I’ve ever stayed at. Wendy was very responsive and in contact throughout our stay. The house is beautifully done, we loved everything about its. The coffee bar was awesome, the back porch and pool area was all very relaxing, we spent a lot of time out there. Plenty of shopping and dining nearby, beach is a block away. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, Wendy and her home are more than deserving. We will definitely return to the home in the future when it’s available.

The home is exactly as described. It was clean, had plenty of kitchen items to make it feel like home. It was very quiet, and exactly what we hoped to book. We didn’t have time to use the golf cart, but it was nice to have just in case!

The stunning balcony view and being steps to the beach made this recently remodeled condo ideal for us (two parents with teens). We were blown away by the spaciousness inside and the modern, comfortable decor. Great beds and showers, nice appliances, everything provided that we could possibly need (fans, beach chairs/towels/umbrella/toys/cooler), and just an overall warmth and hospitality. You could also rent beach chairs and umbrellas or do parasailing and more right on the beach. There are carts available to bring up groceries and luggage on the surprisingly fast elevators. The bar across the street and being in a large high rise condo setting made for some noise at times, but we used white noise apps at night and had no issues. It's an older condo, but clean with easy parking and access to everything. On top of everything else, Kelli was incredibly responsive and friendly! We loved her restaurant recs. NOTHING beats the view, convenience, or loveliness of this gorgeous Airbnb.

We chose this Airbnb based mostly on the review comments, which were all so favorable. It was a very good decision. Everything about the house and the communication with Linh was excellent, including: nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, clean, refrigerator with icemaker outside of door, screened porch, etc. We particularly appreciated two things: 1) the items kept in the garage (lots of bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, kids play toys) and the helpful and prompt communication from Linh. Overall, it was an outstanding choice.

Beaches and Dreams was absolutely perfect! Super clean, cozy, and in such a great location close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The host was so friendly and easy to communicate with, which made everything stress-free. I’d happily stay here again!

This condo on Panama City Beach was roomy and tastefully decorated. The large windows and sliding glass doors provided a beautiful view of the ocean. We were very pleased with this rental.
