Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine barrierefreie Dusche und WC. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine sehr schöne Sicht auf die Berge.

It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Shopping and culture in the Alpine environment! In the immediate vicinity are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor. There is also an indoor swimming pool, skating rink and a tennis court nearby. The ski resort is 300 m away and is a 5-minute walk. Pets are not allowed.
