Includes: bed linens, towels, electricity, wood for firing and washing out. The apartment is the main floor of a newly renovated residence. Everything has been refurbished in the spring of 2020. Large porch overlooking the lake Totak and the mountains towards Hardangervidda. Private entrance and large garden at your own disposal. More parking spaces. 5 min to electric car charger. Good WIFI. Rauland offers 140 km of uphill cross country trails, 5 min away by car. 10 min to drive to ski centers. Great hikes in summer. 5 min to drive to shops.

Nice apartment in Hovdehytta, very central on Hovden. Short distance to the city center (2 min to walk), water park, ski resort, light rail, swimming ball, hiking areas and all that lovely Hovden has to offer. The apartment contains: Hallway, 3 bedrooms (all with double beds), storage room with washing machine, shower bathroom with toilet, living room with open kitchen solution, fireplace and exit to the terrace. Indoor parking in garage basement (space no. 44). Nice and bright apartment with a sunny patio Rented out in both summer and winter.

HI My apartment is brilliant for families or skiing groups.In spring, summer and fall you can bike,hike,go rolling ski and fish in the area. Easy access to the Hovden Alpin senter, only 150 M away.There is also short distance to a Hovden Badeland (swimming pool) and shops.If you want a nice, cosy and easy stay in the mountains this is the place.I want to keep the price on a sensible level so you can enjoy Hovden and the surroundings without being skinned. NB! l do not provide bed linen/towels.

Flott leilighet fra 2021 med fin utsikt mot vestheisen. Leiligheten er fint møblert i fjellhytte stil og gir en lun atmosfære. Store vinduer i kjøkken/stue som slipper naturen inn!💫 Kjøkken er fullt utstyrt, 3 romslige soverom og stor bod til ski utstyr. Terasse rundt leiligheten. ⛷️Ski in/out gjennom løype 31 ( hovdenut heisen eller gjennom løype 28 ( vestheisen upreparet løype + litt å gå). 🚗Vi har parkering til 2 biler. Leiligheten er til max 6 voksne + 2 barn og 1 baby.

Cozy apartment on beautiful Biodden which is an old town in Grimstad. Quiet area with only 5 minutes walk to cozy city center. The apartment has 1 double bed and a single bed, 2 cozy little living rooms with sofa bed in both bedrooms, kitchen and a private patio with access to barbecue and lovely views. Bathing jetty is right next door. There is also a city beach in walking distance. Lots of nice beaches nearby, both for fresh water and salt water. Welcome to us.

Downtown apartment in residence

Downtown, cozy and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. Nice view of Grimstad and the archipelago. It is walking distance down to Grimstad city center. Grimstad is a nice southern village with cozy streets and several dining areas. There is a short way to lovely beaches at Groos and Fevik. Short distance to the public transport axis, with frequent service to Arendal, Fevik, Lillesand and Kristiansand. It is 30 minutes in car to the zoo in Kristiansand.

Praktisk leilighet få minutter fra Sinnes fjellstue, akebakke med beltetrekk utfor døren og gangavstand til Ålsheia skitrekk. Ligger på bakkeplan. Passer perfekt for en familie med 3-4 barn (Før påske vil det settes inn en 80cm rammemadrass på barnerommet) Gratis parkering i carport like utfor. Peis, kjøkken, dusj og vaskemaskin. Ett soverom med familiekøyseng + en 80cm rammemadrass. Og ett soverom med dobbeltseng. Nb: varmekabler på gang virker ikke.

The apartment is close to the Hovden center with walking distance to all facilities. In winter, there are great cross-country trails close by and it is a short distance to the Alpine Centre. The skating rink and Hovden Badeland is just outside. In spring, summer and autumn, there are many good hiking trails and summit hikes with varying degrees of difficulty.
