The cabin is centrally located at Løyningsknodden on Bortelid. High standard with sauna, hot tub and large south-facing terrace with good view. The cabin is spacious and has 10 beds in 4 bedrooms plus a TV room with a sofa bed. In addition, there is room on the loft for two/three on a flat bed. A well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, etc. Private laundry room with dryer, washing machine and drying cabinet covers most needs. It is possible to charge an electric car on the property.

Liten hyttevogn med vedovn ved en liten elv/bekk. Naturskjønt beliggenhet. Vogn har solcellepanel til lys og vedovn til oppvarming. Bålplass utenfor. Mulighet også å leie badestamp og tønnebadstue / sauna mot ekstra betaling. I sauna kan du vaske deg med varmt vann. Robåt til gratis lån. Plassen passer fint til dem som liker seg I naturen med enkel standard overnatting. I høst/ vintertid fra ca 15.9 - 1.5 er vogna sammen med eget privat ute-kjøkken. Hund tillatt. In 2023, the farm shop was named Norway's best farm shop and is a small attraction in itself. Right next door you will find a sauna that can be booked with an equally good view.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
