Very cozy cabin in an idyllic location. Here you can enjoy views of the river and fantastic scenery. It also has Ballbinge and Setesdalsbanen nearby. The cabin is located only 10 minutes from R9, 20 minutes from Vennesla, 30 minutes from Kristiansand, and 45 minutes from Kristiansand Zoo. It is 100 meters from cycle route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

Brokke, on the sunny side.

In this place you can stay on the sunny side of Brokke. The location is central right next to Brokke alpine resort and ski slopes. The area offers great hiking opportunities, hunting, fishing and climbing. It is an end apartment on 1 floor and contains an entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, bathroom/laundry room, living room and kitchen with exit to the terrace. 3 bedrooms with double beds provide sleeping space for up to 6 people. Parking by the apartment. Tenant must bring bed linen and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. The tenant must clean up after themselves.

Smart TV, fiber and fast wireless internet - a perfect place for a home office. Connected to water, sewage and electricity. The cabin is located by itself on the lowest level, towards the water. Great holiday place 12 months a year!

Svandalen ski center is 15 minutes away by car. The cabin is rented to guests who have respect for the fact that they live in our private cabin and is NOT rented out for parties and private events.

A perfect starting point for a relaxing and active stay in beautiful nature.

Liten, men hyggelig hytte i tun, her kan du/dere fint bli noen dager. Ett soverom med to enkeltsenger, men en person kan også sove i stuen. Godt utstyrt kjøkken for egen matlaging. Sengetøy og håndklær er inkludert, men dere må vaske ut selv. Vi kommuniserer fint via appen. Hytta er perfekt beliggende for utflukter både oppover og nedover i Setesdal. Flott, nyere hytte sentralt på Brokke til leie. Ikke så stor, men godt utnyttet. Takhøyden i stua gjør at hytta føles romslig. Tur stier og skiløyper i umiddelbar nærhet. Ski-in til alpin bakken(man renner ned til alpin senteret via skiløypa over elva) . Hytta ligger nær lysløype, rulleskiløype og nær Brokkestøylen. Plass til 8-9 personer. Fint for en- to familier. To soverom med familiekøye i hvert rom. En hems med 3 madrasser. Hund tillat etter avtale.
