Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

Fishing and swimming opportunities. The house is located 400 meters above sea level with ski lifts and slopes in winter. The house is suitable for 2 families who want to vacation together.

Loftsgardslåven, Rauland

Unique house - barn from the 18th century converted into a residential house. Historical details in walls, furniture and fixtures - combined with modern comfort. Location centrally on Rauland; one of southern Norway's most beautiful ski and high mountain areas. Short distance to Lake Totak and Rauland's beautiful mountain areas and ski resorts. The house is located in a peaceful courtyard, but still close to the city center; only 3 minutes by car. Ideal starting point for trips, summer and winter. Suitable for families and small groups. Nostalgic and cozy living room with unique location

The historic house shows the year 1773 painted on the walls. The house was originally located in the village's cluster yard and was bombed during World War II. When the farm building was erected on the farm, the remains of the house were set up as a living room until the barn and today appears as an intimate and cozy little house with lots of history and soul. All amenities are of course completely modern. The house in the middle of the valley, down towards the fjord and at the innermost part of Høgsfjorden provides an unforgettable holiday in this old living room.

Cozy little holiday home

Centrally located in Valle Municipality. Approx. 1 km to the city center. Facilities in the house: Child-friendly, Wi-Fi, SmartTV with BT soundbar Heat pump, fireplace (wood in the garage) Toilet, shower, dishwasher, Stove, coffee maker, fridge, freezer ++ Cleaning is done by you as the tenant. Must bring towels and bed linen yourself (1.50 double bed and 1.80 double bed). In summer, it is a good idea to bring your own drinking water due to well water. We drink from the fountain the rest of the year. You can boil the water if you are in doubt.

Lag en god middag på det store kjøkkenet i huset eller se om ungene tør å bade i den litt kalde elva. Ta bilen opp eller nedover Setesdalen og besøk ulike action-attraksjoner eller opplev utsikten og stillheten oppe på heia. Om kvelden kan dere nyte fuglesang og sove i innebygde, rosemalte senger. NB: Vi fikser oftest fri/fleksibel inn- og utsjekk!

New log house with stunning sea views

New timber house with a fantastic view of the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya in the west. Large and spacious house with high ceilings in the living room/kitchen. Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.

Fantastisk beliggenhet!

Dette spesielle stedet ligger i nærheten av alt, noe som gjør det enkelt å planlegge besøket. 200 meter til Dalen hotell og 500 meter til SoriaMoria sauna. Best av alt er å nyte en dag bak i hagen ,rett ved elven. Det er 150 meter så har du Joker matbutikk ,100 meter til så har du Coop . Her er det mange muligheter for å oppleve naturen til fots i skog og fjell ,sykling og mange serverdigheter/museum. Halllbjønnsekken,Rauland,Vrådal, Haukelifjell,Nissedal,Rjukan,eller Bø sommarland.

Velkommen til oss! Funkieshus fra 2024, med store vinduer, mye sol og nydelig utsikt over sjøen. Stue, spiseplass og kjøkken i ett rom, 1 bad med dusj og vaskemaskin, 2 soverom med 2 sengeplasser på hver. Håndklær og sengetøy er inkludert i prisen, og sengene er oppredd ved ankomst. Parkering inni garasjen og foran garasjeport. Det er stor terrasse mot vest, og beleggningsstein rundt huset igjen ved inngangspartiet. Noe av uteområdet er fortsatt under opparbeidelse.
