Great views of Totak and the mountains. 5 min drive to the city center with shops and groomed cross-country ski trails. 10 min to ski resorts. Good WIFI. Great hiking opportunities in summer. Charger for electric car 5 min away.

Original furniture from the time when the lighthouse keepers and their families lived in the lighthouse. The lighthouse has a kitchen, bathroom and toilet, living room, storage rooms, atrium with panoramic views, 3 bedrooms and a small kitchen that has been converted into an extra bedroom. In 2023, the farm shop was named Norway's best farm shop and is a small attraction in itself. Right next door you will find a sauna that can be booked with an equally good view.

Utestue med ildsted kan lånes ved forespørsel. Badeplass i elva 50 m fra hytta . Mange turstier. Robåt kan lånes fra ca april til ca november. Mye småfisk i elva. Trenger ikke fiskekort.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Tovdalselva is a well-known salmon river, and large fish are caught both upstream and downstream.
