Beginne Deinen Tag mit einem Frühstück auf dem voll möblierten Balkon, oder lasse ihn auf dem Liegestuhl im Gemeinschaftsgarten ausklingen. Ob Skilanglauf im Winter oder Wandern / Mountainbiken im Sommer - man ist sofort mitten in der Natur. Und in wenigen Minuten im Dorf. Beautiful apartment in the Chiemgau Alps. From the balcony you have a stunning view of the mountains. Whether skiing in winter or hiking / biking in summer - the perfect place all within 5min walking distance to the village centre.

Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

It is newly renovated and is being offered for the first time in 2017. It is built in a modern open style, has a gallery with double bed and separate room with two single beds. It is tastefully decorated with antique and modern furniture. Partially, the original and over 150-year-old attic can still be seen.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
