Unser Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Waldrand . Zum Haus gehört ein großer Garten mit Gartenteich. Wir bieten eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Schlafzimmer mit Balkon zum Garten, ein Wohnzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, beide Zimmer sind mit TV ,ausgestattet, ein Bad und eine große Loggia. Hier laden gemütliche Sitzplätze und eine Hängematte zum Entspannen ein. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür Innradweg ,und Erholungsgebiet unterer Inn in der Nähe. Übernachtungspreis bezieht sich auf zwei Personen.

Der Hof eignet sich auch perfekt für Feierlichkeiten als Gruppe, wie Geburtstage, Firmenevents und Junggesellenabschiede oder ähnliches. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es ausreichend Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, wie z.B.
