I was sad to leave this place 😭😭 the view, the apartment, the cleanliness, the parking garage, everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean. The garage was safe and easily accessible. It was good for a group of 5. Kye was an amazing host! When I had trouble entering the apartment, he responded right away. We were missing an amenity and he was able to get us one that same night! Amazing place and an amazing host! Thank you Kye! If I ever come back I’ll be sure to stay here again. 😊

Ana Maria’s place is an absolute gem! It’s comfortable, quiet, full of thoughtful touches, and a beautiful open space. But an even bigger gem is Ana Maria herself! She was so kind, friendly and thoughtful. one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had!

This space is perfect and in a beautiful building north of Wilshire, in a peaceful pocket of Santa Monica. Having frequented the heart of downtown SM many times, this location is my new favorite — walkable, safe, and friendly. The building is historic and stunning, with a lovely courtyard, lobby, and library with seating areas. Check-in was a breeze, and there are late-night managers on duty/security which made me feel safe as a solo traveler, especially when getting home after an evening out. Towels are plush and clean, bed was very comfortable, and the ceiling fans do a great job so I didn’t miss the fact that there’s no AC! It’s worth noting that the windows of this space face a row of other units and a walkway with a good deal of foot traffic, meaning shades need to be kept closed for any privacy since it is ground floor. If you’re like me and spend your time out enjoying the city, this isn’t an issue! Kitchen was spotless with great appliances. Fantastic stay!

Cozy and clean space in Culver City! Lots of good places to eat nearby. The space itself was as described and the host was very proactive about reaching out about things.

Excellent host and this place is in a very good location with garage parking. We got very clear and detailed check in instructions with maps and everything. Also the host is very responsive with communication. The inside of house is very clean, beautiful, and professionally decorated. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay here! Looks just like the pictures, and was squeaky clean. Lots of thoughtful touches--Brita filter full of cold water in the fridge, extra towels, yoga mat and blocks in the closet, and a ton of paid streaming services on the TV. Didn't do much cooking but the kitchen seemed well stocked. And the location is unparalleled, you can see the Pier out the window and 3rd Street Promenade is blocks away. Heads Up: Most of the furniture is low profile though--lower to the ground--which could be an issue for older people or people with knee problems. But both the bed and couch were super comfortable. And the host was easy to reach and responsive, usually within the hour. Jonathan's place is an excellent alternative to the hotels on Ocean Avenue.

Very nice building, the unit was really clean and nicely decorated. It was easy to find and we appreciated having a secure parking space. There was detailed communication to find the lockbox with keys and garage remote. The location is very walkable, there’s a Trader Joe’s and Target one street over and the beach is walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Steven’s place! Instruction video for parking was very helpful. Lots of nearby Korean restaurants and rooftop pool with views of DTLA !!

James’ apartment was the perfect place for us to stay for the weekend! Was very clean and close to many restaurants and the beach. James was clear in communication and the place was very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay in this welcoming, bright, clean, and spacious condo! The beds were very comfortable with soft, clean linens. The bathrooms were spotless with lovely fixtures and excellent showers. We appreciated the well appointed kitchen and everything was in good working order. The nice big televisions were very handy for screen mirroring from our phones to show each other our photos from the day! The AC worked wonderfully and was easy to adjust. I also really enjoyed the balcony. A few minor things which didn't diminish our experience but are perhaps worth noting: the property is not self check-in as stated, however communication was excellent so checking in was very easy, plus they were incredibly kind & flexible with our check-in time. Also, the location is much closer to East Hollywood than the area shown in the listing and the price does seem just a little high for a two bedroom in that area, but prices in LA may have just jumped up everywhere since the fires.

Peaceful location on the Venice canals. Sweet little place with an adorable kitchen. Everything you need for a nice getaway. Bed was comfortable. Very walkable along the lovely canals and close to beach and restaurants. Host was very responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice location, very clean and comfortable. Host is very responsive and even came past to check the thermostat was on and set to the right temperature for us when I didn’t know how to work it.

Host is very responsive, had a small hiccup at check in but all was resolved with good communication. Good value for the property. The place itself has a great view, the building is great and while I thought the fob for elevator to be over much, I was quickly convinced that s something every building in the area should do. Random thoughts if you need to run to CVS don't go to the one in the corner, go down two blocks and it's normal self check out etc.

We love staying in this building for its location--so close to all links for public transport, and easy walk to coffee places and restaurants. Brandon was very responsive to our questions. All the basics are topnotch--good hot water, comfortable mattress, great HVAC, etc. The kitchen has basic cooking stuff. Be aware that it is on the third floor and on weekday mornings the garbage truck comes early to the alley just outside the window; it wasn't a problem for us but if you need to sleep late, keep that mind. We would definitely come back on a future visit!

Mario and Steph have a great place. They were very communicative and friendly. The condo was lovely, spacious, and comfortable. The complex was great too—easy to find parking (thanks to the instructions from the host), a lovely pool, and very secure. Just across the street from the Valencia Mall, there are TONS of food and shopping options in under a 5-minute walk. Next time I’m staying in the area, I hope this place will be available again!

Wow, what an incredible two days! This unit truly exceeded my expectations. It had everything I needed and so much more. The beauty of the canyon left me in awe, and there was something magical about savoring breakfast while soaking in that breathtaking morning view. I felt completely at peace, especially since I didn’t come across anyone else during my stay—such a perfect sense of privacy! I can’t express how much I’d love to return and relive this wonderful experience. Thank you Mona and Daniel for everything!

Very clean, well maintained apartment right in the heart of Hollywood. It's the perfect base to explore all the attractions, great local restaurants and bars, and easy access to public transportation. The secure off street parking is a definite selling point, as well.

Super clean which is very important to me! Place was spotless! Location was great! Cozy place! Rochelle was great at communicating! 👏🏻 There were some other guests on the top floor so you could hear them and their footsteps but other than that it was great! 🙂

Stay was great. Felt right at home. Make sure you follow the check in details correctly. Felt a little uneasy at first but became comfortable once you settle in. Great location. Walking distance to LA live. Will return!
