Had a great time at Stefania Place. The Apartment is very nice, new , with great amenities in the perfect location , close to everything.. Stefania was very responsive, making sure I’m enjoying my stay. The instructions for the check in were very detailed and easy. Will book again !

My daughter and I came in for two nights and we had a great time staying at Brian’s place! We walked to a great restaurant, the Santa Monica pier, rode bikes down to Venice and toward the Venice, canals, and we had a fantastic weekend. Dropping off our belongings before we park the car with key because the place is up on a sloped road, but never an issue. The parking pass was very helpful and I recommend that for anybody that has a car. We enjoy the stay very much and found it cozy and comfortable. There aren’t any suggestions that we have for Brian we felt like it was exactly as described, and he was very helpful.

Ana Maria’s place is an absolute gem! It’s comfortable, quiet, full of thoughtful touches, and a beautiful open space. But an even bigger gem is Ana Maria herself! She was so kind, friendly and thoughtful. one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had!

This space is perfect and in a beautiful building north of Wilshire, in a peaceful pocket of Santa Monica. Having frequented the heart of downtown SM many times, this location is my new favorite — walkable, safe, and friendly. The building is historic and stunning, with a lovely courtyard, lobby, and library with seating areas. Check-in was a breeze, and there are late-night managers on duty/security which made me feel safe as a solo traveler, especially when getting home after an evening out. Towels are plush and clean, bed was very comfortable, and the ceiling fans do a great job so I didn’t miss the fact that there’s no AC! It’s worth noting that the windows of this space face a row of other units and a walkway with a good deal of foot traffic, meaning shades need to be kept closed for any privacy since it is ground floor. If you’re like me and spend your time out enjoying the city, this isn’t an issue! Kitchen was spotless with great appliances. Fantastic stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Steven’s place! Instruction video for parking was very helpful. Lots of nearby Korean restaurants and rooftop pool with views of DTLA !!

I had a great stay at Alisa’s place! She was super friendly, responsive, and helpful in her communications - including replying to my booking inquiry really fast which made the booking process very smooth and easy. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos - and actually felt even more spacious in person - and everything was clean and just as described. The building had great facilities, especially the pool area. The neighborhood was peaceful and lovely, right across the street from an outdoor mall with lots of shops and restaurants, plus two grocery stores within walking distance. The marina was also nearby and made for a great evening walk. Very convenient access to LAX airport too. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect spot for my husband, daughter and I to sight see Southern California. The location was incredibly safe and grocery stores and restaurants were walkable.

I had a great stay at Venice! The room is convenient, cosy and kept us cool in the heat! Location is right by the beach and has a lovely little view. Can be a bit of noise in the morning from a garage nearby but honestly did not bother me. Communication and check-in information was nice and clear and I thought the place was very well priced for the location! Couldn’t have asked for more!

This was my second stay at Barbara’s apartment in LA, and this time I stayed there with my husband and daughter. Once again, Barbara and Gunther were welcoming and responsive, and their little cat Mau-Mau was a sweetie. I will definitely check to see if this space is available any time I am planning to visit LA. It is an amazing deal.

Peaceful location on the Venice canals. Sweet little place with an adorable kitchen. Everything you need for a nice getaway. Bed was comfortable. Very walkable along the lovely canals and close to beach and restaurants. Host was very responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again!

Exactly as advertised with a great host to match! Akaisha was super responsive if we had questions - one night we came back and couldn’t find any street parking and the hosts were able to figure something out for us. Would be great if there was built in parking for this unit as there’s a good amount of room on the property, but we knew it was street parking when booking. Not a lot of noise from Venice Blvd or the 10! Decent neighborhood, easy to get to main street walking. The unit itself was really great, though don’t bank on using the couch to sleep, it’s not very comfortable. It’s a tried and true one bedroom with one bed.

Charming, clean, wonderful place to stay in a great part of town, ideally located close to Magic Mountain. Host was responsive and helpful!

Nice location, very clean and comfortable. Host is very responsive and even came past to check the thermostat was on and set to the right temperature for us when I didn’t know how to work it.

We love staying in this building for its location--so close to all links for public transport, and easy walk to coffee places and restaurants. Brandon was very responsive to our questions. All the basics are topnotch--good hot water, comfortable mattress, great HVAC, etc. The kitchen has basic cooking stuff. Be aware that it is on the third floor and on weekday mornings the garbage truck comes early to the alley just outside the window; it wasn't a problem for us but if you need to sleep late, keep that mind. We would definitely come back on a future visit!

Host is very responsive, had a small hiccup at check in but all was resolved with good communication. Good value for the property. The place itself has a great view, the building is great and while I thought the fob for elevator to be over much, I was quickly convinced that s something every building in the area should do. Random thoughts if you need to run to CVS don't go to the one in the corner, go down two blocks and it's normal self check out etc.

Cet appartement est absolument merveilleux, moi qui suis très sensible au vue j’ai été servi car celle ci est sublime !!! Aussi bien dans l’appartement que sur le rooftop !!! La place de parking est également un plus non négligeable à DTLA James est un hôte formidable !!! Excellente communication, très arrangeant sur mon arrivée. Et excellente communication pendant le séjour. J’ai passé un séjour absolument formidable !!! Je vous le conseil très fortement.

Wow, what an incredible two days! This unit truly exceeded my expectations. It had everything I needed and so much more. The beauty of the canyon left me in awe, and there was something magical about savoring breakfast while soaking in that breathtaking morning view. I felt completely at peace, especially since I didn’t come across anyone else during my stay—such a perfect sense of privacy! I can’t express how much I’d love to return and relive this wonderful experience. Thank you Mona and Daniel for everything!

The transportation in the area is very convenient, with easy access to highways and shopping malls. The host was always willing to assist whenever needed. We had a truly wonderful time here and made some great memories. If we get the chance, we’d love to come back and stay again.

Very clean, well maintained apartment right in the heart of Hollywood. It's the perfect base to explore all the attractions, great local restaurants and bars, and easy access to public transportation. The secure off street parking is a definite selling point, as well.

Couldn’t ask for a better host during my stay. This being my 3rd stay at one of his locations, each one comes with very specific instructions and excellent hospitality. Highly highly recommended!!
