Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Simmerath

This is a great house, with a beautiful view and wonderful rooms & terraces. Every detail is present in the kitchen, and we really enjoyed all the amenities in the house: the fireplace, the sauna, the bath, the hammock, the bbq, the family games. It is definitely a place to relax in total peace and serenity. We found it hard to say goodbye!

We had an amazing relaxing stay! Beautiful view on the valley, a well-equipped kitchen and superclean room and bathroom. Benoit & Sonia also had some great tips for hikes & restaurants in the area. Would recommend!

The house is very nice, several terraces, large, bright, friendly, tastefully furnished, everything you need is available. Located on a slope with a partial view of the lake. We did not use the existing sauna due to good weather. The landlord was always available and very nice and helpful. Bike/hiking trails, etc. are easily accessible. We immediately felt very comfortable and always gladly returned to the house after our activities. Thank you

We spent 5 days at Chantall-Kathrin's house in the beautiful Eifel region. The house is big enough even for a family with 3 kids, has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, 3 bedrooms and a pretty large living room with cupboards full of toys and children's books! Our 6 year old enjoyed himself thoroughly although we spent most of the time outside discovering the nature and the picturesque towns of the Eifel. The place was clean and neat and everything was functioning which made our stay very pleasant and easy. Chantall-Kathrin and her husband helped us check in and out and where friendly and proactive throughout our whole stay.

We had a really great time. We especially loved the balcony and the garden to hang out. Everything was tidy and clean and as described. Would def recommend Thank you!

What a beautiful location this is! We really enjoyed the tranquility and the beautiful view. The cottage is small, but basically has everything you need. The private access to the lake is great, you really have the feeling of being completely alone in nature. Fortunately, we did not experience others walking by. The separate bath/shower area was not a problem for us, it was actually nice to walk there every time. However, the cottage was indeed a bit dusty as a number of people mention, the cleaning may need some extra attention. On the other hand, it was very neatly cleaned up and generally neat! Fabian and his father are incredibly friendly hosts! Thank you for letting us stay in your cottage. We already miss the view and would love to come back!

We, 2 active hiking enthusiasts, had a fantastic Pentecost weekend at Olivier's house. The vacation home is in a beautiful area. People who, like us, love peace and quiet and hiking should definitely come here. Olivier was a fine host. Communication went very smoothly. A small problem with the heating was solved by his clear instruction. We are very satisfied with the house and Olivier. I hope he is also satisfied with us and that we can come back again.

We had a very nice week in the cute village of Scheven with the artist duo Verena and Michael . Very kind and welcoming. The space is very clean and equipped with all the comforts. There is a lot of tourist information, such as hiking and cycling maps and books and leaflets about excursions. It was wonderful to be able to use the garden. The place is a good base for walks and cultural trips. Lots of nice villages nearby with, among other things, old half-timbered houses. We felt very welcome and would love to come back sometime.

Great location, just on the outside of the cbd. Trainline is super close but it's only a 10min walk into the cbd. Plenty of kitchen equipment available to cook with also which made it great.

Great apartment on the ground floor of an apartment building with private parking. Huge terrace overlooking the Rhine and separate access, which was great for our dog, who does not like stairs. Great and unusual decor. Highly recommended!

The place looked exactly like the pictures! It was very quiet and idyllic, especially the terrace invites you to relax! It is very centrally located, an Edeka, banks, bakeries and the train station are within walking distance. Despite the highway construction, it is easily accessible by car and quickly in Bonn! I'd love to come back if I have to travel to Bonn again 🙂

Nice apartment with a great view over the fields. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Zeljko. There were various welcome refreshments ready, including wine, Bitburg beers😀 and fruit. Our dog has enjoyed the wonderful garden and the walks in the area, especially the Teufelsslucht and the Müllerthal. On the way back, we did some shopping in Bitburg. We took the electric bikes and had a nice ride to the Bitburg stausee. All in all a great week. Thank you Zeljko and Joop for the hospitality!

Bernard and Marie Gabrielle were fabulous hosts. They were friendly and welcoming yet respectful of the space I was in and they were quiet. Bernard was very kind and helpful when I had an issue (that was unrelated to the rental). The place was well-equipped with more than what was listed. It had everything you could need or want right down to door stoppers and a crab cracker. This was a wonderful stay and a phenomenal deal, in my opinion.

Spacious apartment and fully furnished as a residential house. Spacious terrace. Location is close to the quiet villa district of Marienburg and the Südpark where you can take beautiful walks. The bus connection to the center is fine. Line 132 stops around the corner. 2 min walk. The HIT supermarket around the corner is also handy. Coffee machine with beans is a winner. A few bottles of drinks and snacks will make you feel welcome.

Arrive and feel good! A fantastically beautiful old apartment. The high rooms and the tasteful furnishings - simply great. The old town is in walking distance. The communication with Myriam and Olli was great. They always responded very quickly and in a friendly manner. I enjoyed the stay very much! Love to come back!!!

Our family of four, with two young girls, had an absolutely incredible stay at Jürgen's farm! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The girls completely fell in love with the family farm – it was such a unique and memorable experience for them. The Airbnb itself was really comfortable and truly had everything we could possibly want or need. The surrounding area is breathtakingly beautiful, and we quickly realized that four days just weren't enough to explore it all. We're already dreaming of our next visit! Thank you, Jürgen, for an unforgettable stay.

Lovely, peaceful and clean apartment. Georg was very helpful and let us store our tandem. Good supermarket within walking distance and a lovely walk through the park into Aachen city.

Christa is a friendly, decent and social hostess. we were very warmly received by her and received clear explanations about the area Christa even went to get us another coffee machine. We had a truly lovely and memorable experience staying at Marylene’s lovely home. She is a wonderful, generous and welcoming host. Marylene even offered to pick us up and drop us off in her car from the bus station, which was incredibly thoughtful since we had couple of suitcases to lug around. The home is located in a scenic and beautiful spot; we fell in love with it the moment we arrived. It’s cozy and very comfortable for two people for short stays, the space is ideal for one person for longer stays. It’s also accessible on foot to the city centre and there are couple of bikes in her shed that she readily offers for your use. Although we only stayed one night, Marylene’s place made us wish we had more time there, and explore the many walking trails around Malmedy. You can really feel the love and care she’s put into creating such a warm, inviting home. Must stay!

The apartment was clean and well located. We felt comfortable and there was nothing missing. We were very pleased with the amenities. We use the apartment to be near the Nürburgring. Actually, this is 20 minutes away, due to a major event some streets were closed. However, it was not a problem, the travel time is extended by about 30 minutes.

Great apartment for up to 4 people. Very spacious. Lovely modern kitchen with everything you would need for a stay. Very clean throughout. Lovely big bedrooms with the option of a travel cot for a small child if required. Big living room area to chill. Lovely quiet village/ hamlet. We were very comfortable here and would happily return and recommend
