The very bright apartment with 2 bedrooms, about 105 sqm, in the Villa Bachfischer overlooking the countryside offers free Wi-Fi and a balcony with table and chairs as well as a staircase to the garden. Free private parking is available and you can charge your electric car at the in-house e-gas station with 11 kW, 22 kW or 50 kW DC charging power. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, the first large bedroom (double bed) has a desk with lamp, a radio alarm clock and a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The other bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 4 beds also has a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, 2 beds and air conditioning, a 65" OLED TV, a large dining table. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

Located in the quiet and idyllic village of Matting on the Danube. Many leisure activities such as hiking, biking or SUB-riding on the Danube are possible. Regensburg can easily be reached in 12 minutes by car. The apartment is on the first floor in a detached house. The terrace on the east side is ideal for breakfast with the morning sun. The terrace on the south side has an open fireplace and leads into the garden. The hosts live on the 2nd floor.

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

Our cozy apartment is surrounded by nature, framed by fields on the beautiful river "Naab". It has its own entrance and a nice outdoor space to relax and eat. Private parking is available. On hot days you can refresh yourself wonderfully in the Naab! From here you can take beautiful hikes, bike rides and excursions in the area. The center of Regensburg can be reached quickly by bike (6 km) and in 15 minutes by car.

Our stylish and cozy attic apartment invites you to relax. Explore village life and the varied hiking and cycling trails. The nearby World Heritage city of Regensburg also offers many highlights. Just a 5-minute walk to bus and train stations make the car superfluous. Fitters are also welcome. Since the apartment is in the house of my daughter Nadine, she takes care of the guests.
