Holiday rentals with a patio in Sistiana

Parkplatz in unmittelbarere Nähe zur Wohnung, Supermarkt vor der Türe. Check-In problemlos, Wohnung großzügig, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Absolut ruhig in der Nacht! Perfekte Lage, da man sowohl mit dem Bus sehr einfach nach Triest kommt, aber auch sehr viele Ziele in der Umgebung mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt. 2 Minuten vom Meer entfernt.

Beautiful apartment - enormous and grand with a perfect location. You could people watch all day from the balcony. Very comfortable stay. Would suit a group of friends or big family as there's so much room and 3 really nice bathrooms. Highly recommend.

Schöne Wohnung in bester, ruhiger Lage oberhalb der Altstadt (kleines Konditionstraining zu Fuß zurück inklusive ;)). Sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet, super bequemes Bett! Einzig die Verdunklung hätte für mich persönlich noch mehr sein können. Der private Parkplatz und die Terrasse (während unseres Aufenthaltes war kein anderer im Haus) sind Gold wert! Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Alexandra ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

What a gem of a place ! My husband , teenage son and I loved this place. It has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Bedroom has a huge bed and enough room in a wardrobe for a long stay. It’s is very nicely decorated throughout . Bathroom is equipped with huge shower. This apartment also has a balcony with sits and table and a hanging chair to enjoy the stunning views of towns near and far and of course the sea. It is a walkable distance to opatija, with many stairs to climb coming back. Host were very responsive and even saved a spot to park our car for us. Highly recommend this place .

4 of us stayed for 1 night, lovely host. Good location & easy to walk to beach. Parking available. Very nice balcony, comfortable beds & slept well. Good facilities and would happily stay again if we were in the area. No complaints at all 🙂

Die Wohnung mit der überdachten Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Man hat direkten Zugang zum Strand und zur Promenade. Sie läd zu kleinen Spaziergängen ein. Es waren 12 wunderschöne Tage.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und können mit voller Überzeugung sagen: So herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber wie hier hatten wir noch nie! Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns unglaublich willkommen gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und freundlich, und unsere Gastgeber haben wirklich an alles gedacht, um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Man spürt einfach, dass hier echte Gastfreundschaft gelebt wird. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Erfahrung – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Franka solo una notte, di passaggio in zona. Il villaggio è un po' isolato, circa 20 minuti in auto da Gorizia, ma vale la pena guidare un po' perché la casa è immersa nel verde, molto ampia e pulita. L'alloggio è al piano superiore della casa e nella parte inferiore vive Franka con suo marito. Appartamento molto ampio, eravamo in 4 adulti e lo spazio era ampiamente sufficiente. La cucina è completa di tutto. Posto auto nel cortile al coperto. La comunicazione con Franka è sempre stata puntuale e veloce, anche grazie alla traduzione automatica di Airbnb. Lei e il marito parlano poco italiano o inglese, ma sono persone accoglienti e la lingua non è un problema. La descrizione della casa e dell’esterno è molto dettagliata e rispetta esattamente la realtà. Per il check-in ci hanno aspettato e le indicazioni sono state molto chiare. Ci torneremo volentieri.

Tamara et Marian furent des hôtes chaleureux. Ils nous ont accueillis personnellement et nous indiqués les activités à faire dans la région. Le logement est très propre et c’est très tranquille. On est à dix minutes de la grotte de Postojna.

Peter’s apartment is so magic… this place is so quiet and renovated very esthetic. You’re in the middle of nowhere. You can have slow mornings with sunshine and nature. But don’t forget you need to have car. Wifi works very well. Kitchen well equipped.

Federicas Fienile ist wunderschön und Federica eine tolle Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthalts war sehr unkompliziert, Federica hat immer super schnell geantwortet. Wir wurden vor Ort sehr freundliche persönlich empfangen, obwohl Federica selbst eine Zeit lang nicht da war. Die "Vertretung" hat uns alles gezeigt und wäre im Fall des Falls auch wieder zur Stelle gewesen. Das Ferienhäuschen liegt sehr schön, ist perfekt ausgestattet, in der Küche gab es sogar alles, was man für ein kleines Frühstück braucht, auch Essig und Öl, Zucker und manches mehr - das hatten wir bisher noch so gut wie nie in einer Ferienwohnung. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, Radtouren, Wanderungen ist die Unterkunft wirklich prima.

Sehr gemütliches Haus in einem schönen Dorf! Alles super sauber und ordentlich. Jernej ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, seine Tipps waren sehr hilfreich. Check-In und Check-out waren unkompliziert und angenehm. Klare Empfehlung!

Really great, clean and affordable place to stay at. Around 25 minute walk to the centre of Gorizia. Could be ideal for a family to stay.

El apartamento es pequeño pero está puesto al detalle, tiene todo lo que necesites, no hechas nada en falta. Está muy limpio.

We did not have the pleasure of meeting Vasco, but we got to spend time with Giacomo, who is very helpful, friendly and informative. Giacomo provided a quick (and, for us, better!) solution when we found the washing machine was not working as expected. We had been traveling a couple of weeks and so his help was very important! The house is ideal if occupied by the same family so that the grand, historic ground floor and rooftop terrace can be fully enjoyed. We rented just one apartment but there were no other guests; so we had use of the entire common space ourselves. Walking to restaurants and cafes in Cormons is about 15 minutes along via Colombicchio and via San Giovanni —this route offers views of the hills, as opposed to a quicker route through uninspiring residential streets. The location just on the edge of town is convenient for making day trips by car. The location is not rural, but there are fine views over green hills from the apartment.

Sanja war eine perfekte Gastgeberin und hatte uns sogar etwas Essen vorab besorgt da wir an einem Feiertag bei geschlossenen Geschäften ankamen. Für unsere Kinder hatte sie extra Spielzeug bereit gelegt was bei diesen auch super ankam. Wir fühlten uns rundherum wohl bei ihr und man kann es sich nicht besser wünschen. Das Gebäude liegt etwas am Hang was die Anfahrt etwas schwieriger macht und den Fußweg hoch vom Strand auch etwas beschwerlicher aber die Aussicht die man dafür hat ist es absolut wert und sonst bringt die Wohnung wirklich viele Möglichkeit. Der kleine Garten mit Grillstelle war auch super. Danke für alles!

wir hatten 10 wunderbaren Tage in Andrej's Wohnung. die Terrasse ist ein Traum um zu Frühstücken oder am Abend noch zu lesen etc. die Umgebung war bei uns sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung hat ein sehr klug ausgedachte und gestaltetes Raumkonzept in dem wir uns schnell sehr wohl und zu Hause gefühlt haben. Andrej hat uns bei allen Fragen sehr schnell geholfen. die Anfahrt war für uns mit dem Auto zum Ausladen des Gepäcks kein Problem, da wir ein sehr kleines Auto haben. wenn man noch einen Kinderwagen braucht ist ein kleines leichtes Modell praktischer, da die Stufen recht eng sind um einen kinderwagen in die Wohnung zu tragen. wir haben den Aufenthalt im ganzen sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder

Annalisa und Sandro waren äußerst liebenswerte Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und stets schnell zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön blitzsauber, und hatte eine wunderbare Lage direkt über dem Hafen.

The apartment was not only beautifully equipped but also stocked with thoughtful touches that went beyond our expectations—backpacks, coffee, olive oil, and everything we could possibly need. The building itself and its surroundings added to the charm, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The view from the terrace was simply breathtaking, making every moment spent there unforgettable. A special mention to Michael, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. His support made everything even more seamless and enjoyable, and we truly appreciated his attentiveness. We had a wonderful time, feeling completely at ease and enjoying every bit of our stay. After spending nights in 15 different hotels throughout Croatia and Slovenia it was a such joy to walk into Suzana’s place and have it all to ourselves for 5 nights. Although the space is compact it is extremely well-designed and very functional with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It is a great location with a 10 min downhill walk into the centre of Piran. We loved being close to the centre but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. We spent the afternoons reading on the gorgeous patio and then walked back into town for dinner. We didn’t have a car but there is a car spot out front if you have a car. Tony and Suzana went out of their way to assist us and gave us lots of good advice on things to see and places to eat. I would absolutely recommend Suzana’s place to anyone visiting Piran but be prepared to walk up and down hills!
