Solas is set off the main road in a private and secluded area. It is situated in the south of Skye on the Sleat peninsula. The cottage is situated 5-10mts north of the ferry terminal at Armadale. It is also about 20mts from the bridge meaning it is easy to explore the north of Scotland as well as Skye itself. Solas is a short drive to shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes and a 5minute walk to the Torabhaig Distillery. Past the distillery is a lovely walk down to Knock Castle and the beach.

The Red Fox Retreat is the ultimate luxury glamping getaway location. A twist on the more conventional ‘pod’, the cabin features a curved wood interior entered from an arched doorway in front of which is situated a perfectly appointed king sized bed with amazing views of the Trottenish Ridge and the croft (farmland) that surrounds the property. The Little Hemp Cabin

The Little Hemp Cabin sits on our croft in Breakish, just outside Broadford in South Skye. It’s a small, self-contained space surrounded by open ground, big skies and shifting Highland weather. Built from hemp and timber, the cabin feels naturally warm and calm. The walls regulate temperature well, so it stays comfortable year-round without feeling sealed or artificial. Inside, the layout is simple and uncluttered, with everything you need and nothing you don’t.
