I am renting out my apartment in a quiet yet central location in a two-family house in the beautiful Nacker Bachtal. The living space is spread across an open-plan kitchen-living area, a shower bathroom, and a gallery. On the mezzanine, there is a bed with two sleeping places (a cozy width of 2,0 m). The standing height in the center of the gallery under the gable is 1.90 m. We have two 11 kW wall boxes, and electric cars can currently be charged for €0.50 per kWh.
