Beachfront holiday rental in Southern France

We had a great stay at this well-located apartment. It’s right across from the beach with lovely sea views, and there are several quiet coves nearby with clear water — ideal for swimming. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The air conditioning was very helpful during the heat, and private parking made things easy. The train station is just a short walk away, with Cannes less than 30 minutes by train — perfect for day trips. Overall, a very convenient and relaxing place to stay. We’d definitely return.

The flat is small but beautifully formed! It has everything you need. Bed is very comfortable. The view of the sea is absolutely stunning. We enjoyed a few days sunbathing on the beach opposite and eating in the local restaurants. The ice cream in the cafe next door is superb!. It was fairly quiet at beginning of June which we liked. Jeanine was very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great host. Met us when we checked in to go over the apartment and give us lots of information about Nice. The apartment is in a perfect spot with the tram stop on one side and a short walk to the beach on the other. It is a very central location. Everything we needed for the beach was there and there was a beautiful view. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Nice, this is it.

Lovely stylish and comfortable loft style apartment in the heart of the Old Town. Couldn’t be closer to restaurants and the beach. Historic building and very central location so certain compromises necessary (eg no lift so few flights of stairs to negotiate and bit of late evening noise from outside) but that’s all made clear in the property description and not really a big deal. Clear comprehensive and speedy communication from host Therese at all times.

Appartement fonctionnel très propre dans une residence calme avec une vue incroyable. Isabelle est aux petits soins et disponible pour toute question. Les lits sont très confortables. Notre séjour s'est très bien passé.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement magnifique. Un cadre idéal pour se détendre. Notre hôte était d'une gentillesse remarquable, toujours disponible et réactive à nos messages. Le logement était bien équipé et conforme à la description. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse et n'hésiterons pas à y revenir lors de notre prochain passage dans la région.

Upealla paikalla ja lähellä paikallisjuna-asemaa. Helppo päästä Nizzaan, mutta Cagnes Sur Mer itsessään tarjoaa jo paljon nähtävää. Asunto oli siisti, ja sijaitsi talon ylimmässä kerroksessa (huom. ei hissiä). Tehokas ilmastointi. Majoittuisimme täällä ehdottomasti uudestaan.

Wir waren Ende Mai für eine Woche zu Besuch. Zu dieser Zeit herrschen auf Korsika angenehmste Temperaturen. Es bot sich uns die Möglichkeit, sehr schnell ins Urlaubsgefühl einzutauchen. Jean wohnt unmittelbar neben der Ferienwohnung. Die gemeinsame Benutzung des Pools durch seine Familie haben wir nicht bemerkt. Die Ferienwohnung ist umfassend ausgestattet, sie bietet die Möglichkeit, am Pool zu frühstücken und den traumhaften Blick über die Bucht ganztägig zu genießen. Der Pool war scheinbar beheizt, da er zum Schluss angenehme 28 Grad hatte und somit auch ein Bad am Abend zum Sonnenuntergang möglich war. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist etwas außerhalb des Ortes, hat seine Ruhe vor den anderen Touristen, kann jedoch wirklich alles fußläufig erreichen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in Sichtweite, die guten Restaurants am Strand erreicht man in 10 Minuten. Ansonsten ist man durch die malerische Landschaft in der Umgebung zu Ausflügen angehalten. The most beautiful property! Such a rare opportunity to find a place like this, truly oceanfront with an abundance of serene outdoor space, pool, grill, etc. all to ourselves. And a big thank you to Ksenia for being such an incredible host.

We (3 generations: 6 adults and 1 baby) stayed at Anna‘s for a family vacation. The location, view, comfort and accommodations were excellent. The pool and outdoor terrace were wonderful. Anna was very friendly, quick to respond and communicate, helpful with recommendations. We had a comfortable, memorable stay at the Blueview Villa.

Lovely stay at Delphines Airbnb. Perfect host, quick to respond to any questions about our stay, accessible enough area to the beach front, shops and restaurants as well as a short walk to the tram stop to take us into Old Nice.

I stayed with my partner for two nights. Manon was very responsive all the time. The appartment was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The most amazing part of our stay was the view of the port from the appartment. It is located on a private neighbourhood and has free parking inside. It is also very close to other attractions like Sain Tropez, the center of Grimaud and nice beaches. Would definately recommend staying there.

We had a wonderful time at Aleix’s apartment. The balcony and view is spectacular and so special to wake up to and watch the sun go down. The house is spacious and the pool and paddle board court were such nice bonuses. Only things to bear in mind are that you need to drive to get into town and the tap water isn’t fantastic so we would recommend bringing your own for your stay, though one big bottle was supplied for us. Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich und traumhaft schön. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Für Norddeutsche ist der letzte Kilometer durch die sehr steilen Anstiege eine kleine Herausforderung, ebenso wie der Parkplatz am Haus. Es ist angenehm ruhig und sehr privat, da es sich um ein abgeschlossenes Wohngebiet handelt. Die Zufahrt ist nur durch eine Schranke und ein Tor möglich. Die Zugangsberechtigung erhält man beim Check-In. Vorort war Cindy für uns da. Die Kommunikation klappte immer, schnell und sehr zuverlässig. Von ihr und der Eigentümerin haben wir wertvolle Hinweise bekommen. Beide sind supernett und sehr unkompliziert. Für uns war es ein echter Traumurlaub. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Appartement et hôte au top ! La terrasse en roof top est juste incroyable et paisible. Pleins de commerces et restaurants à proximité, on est à 10 minutes à pied de la plage, c’est génial. Nous reviendrons 😊

Wow! What’s not to absolutely love about this apartment!? Absolutely fantastic location with an INCREDIBLE view. The apartment was nicely appointed and had a very bright, airy, contemporary vibe. Hanging out on the balcony was a sheer delight. The glazed windows do a great job keeping the noise out and the apartment was always very quiet. Lucas was very responsive and check in and checkout was very easy and straightforward. Lucas was very responsive to questions before and after checking in and sent recommendations for some great restaurants. You won’t be sorry - just book it if it’s available!!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce logement. Le cadre est idyllique et le logement très propre. Rien à dire à part superbe. La déco est faite avec goût et le logement est très bien situé !

Gros coup de cœur pour ce logement. La chambre était très agréable, le book communiqué à notre arrivée avec toutes les recommandations locales est un vrai plus pour pouvoir profiter pleinement. La chambre bénéficie de tous les équipements nécessaires mais la cuisine et terrasse commune sont très agréables. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le café Acacia (les brownies sont excellents). Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse et la conservons pour revenir ultérieurement.

Moderne Wohnung, Aussicht vom Balkon einfach der Wahnsinn, Pool sauber und groß. Wohnung im Obergeschoss mit Klimaanlage und zwei neue Fernseher. Jean Jacques und Ingrida waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus liegt zwar an den Gleisen, die vorbei fahrenden Züge tagsüber haben uns aber gar nicht gestört. Sehr schöne Umgebung, viele Strände in der Nähe. Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Maria Sofia’s 2-bedroom penthouse must have the best view in all of Bogliasco. We wanted to spend all our time looking out at that view day and night! It’s spectacular. The unit is comfortably furnished, with everything you need. If you’re used to boxes of facial tissue or kitchen paper towels, & bottled water, there’s a Basko supermarket nearby. Furnishings are full of character—with vintage cameras, ships in bottles, even a vintage telescope! Plants, baskets, & cushions make the place homey. Lots of lovely restaurants & cafes within 10-15 minutes of walking, & so is the charming town center, with a piazza, church, stone bridge, wall art, green grocers, bakeries, & a gelateria with incredible gelato. My brother & I highly recommend Just Peruzzi, which has the most amazing & delicious Trofie pesto. Liguria is credited with inventing pesto, & at Peruzzi, you can really believe it! This was a wonderful vacation. Book early! This place is booked solid for the next 5 months!

Äußerst fantastisch - wir waren so happy in der Wohnung von Kerstin zu sein. Hier ist einfach alles durchdacht, blitzsauber, liebevoll hergerichtet, mit Charme & Herz das spürt man sofort. Die Wohnung ist makellos, die Lage traumhaft, Öffis, Restaurants, Altstadt alles zu Fuss wunderbar erreichbar. VeloStation, Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt, Cafe, Strand -alles direkt vor der Haustüre. Parken in der Haltezone vor dem Haus ganz easy. Vom Kinderspielzeug, über Büroutensilien, traumhafte Küchenausstattung, Nespreso Maschine, Eiswürfelmaschine, Fotoaccessoires, Einkaufstrolly, Waschmaschine + Wäschetrockner … es ist einfach wirklich alles da. Kerstin hat an alles gedacht 🥰. Wir fühlten uns wie daheim. Alle Empfehlungen von Kerstin zu den Restaurants sind super, wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Besonders nett, herzlich und hilfsbereit ist auch Anna beim Check In. Danke vielmals.

Très bel environnement. Maison face à la mer avec le bruit des clapotis des vagues depuis la terrasse. Accessibilité à la crique en contrebas, deux minutes à pied. Plage de galets. Charles a été d'une incroyable gentillesse et réactivité.
