The house offers 2 double bedrooms and a large quality sofa bed. Lots of outdoor garden and sitting areas. BBQ. The cottage was renovated an finished in June 2024 and offers high end living and quality furnishings, linens and amenities. The kitchen has everything you need for dining as well as a large dining table for 6. Wifi and a smart TV.

House Eden has a beautiful view of mountains from all rooms and has a nice garden where you can rest in shadow. It is ideal for two families, as it has two bathrooms, next to three bedrooms on the first floor and a toilet, on the ground floor. There is also a large bedroom for kids, with a playing area. The kitchen and a dining area are really large, with everything you need to prepare a larger feast. In the living room there is a TV and Wi-Fi. The house is close to Bled - 15 min on foot.

It is a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the lake and the mountains. In front of the house, there is free parking and an outdoor chill space. Feel free also to use the garden. The city center is 30 min walk away. We provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.

It is a short walk from the center of the village and is a strategic starting point for the naturalistic and historical excursions that Val Saisera offers. In the village, there is a grocery store for basic necessities, a few hundred meters from the house. A supermarket is 4 kilometers towards Tarvisio. One km from Valbruna are the accesses to the AlpeAdria cycle path.
