Our contact did not go directly with Marília and Fernando, but with Lúcia, a resident of the Village who was responsible for us to receive when we arrived in Picinguaba. Due to the high volume of people traveling to the coast, even leaving the house early, we had problems in the mountains, but when talking to Lúcia, it was extremely requested and authorized us to arrive a little later. The reception was wonderful and the first impression of the place and the house also, a cozy, calm and pleasant place, Host Marília presented us with her book. The house, fully prepared, kitchen with impeccable utensils, bathroom with extra towels and extremely clean, room, organized, smelling and cozy. No negative points, it will definitely be the first option if we return to Picinguaba.

I sent my parents to spend a week in Ubatuba at Si and Wilson's house and they loved it. The house was super clean and all well organized. Communication was excellent too

Check-in and Check-out was receptive, picked us up and took us from the bus station location as in the listing description, close to the historic center and the street of the place is super quiet

The location of the lot is privileged! In front of the mountains and with a magnificent sunrise! Close to the city center and in the right spot for visiting the wonders of the place, such as waterfalls, restaurants and trails.

We went for a weekend and were pleasantly surprised. The space is even more beautiful than in the photos, everything is very well taken care of, you can see the affection given in each space, the bed is very comfortable, blankets and towels were provided, the internet connection is great. There is a landscape on all sides, washing the breakfast dishes has never been so beautiful, I suggest having a wine near the fire, without a doubt it is an excellent option to get to know. In addition, Renato is very friendly and communicative, he answered us super fast, gave us tips for tours, restaurants. I hope to return very soon. Congratulations on a wonderful place!

What a beautiful place, I don't even have words to describe, you have to try it!!! The chalet is about 6/7km from the city, the whole road to the city is dirt, the Turkish waterfall is extremely close, mobile internet picks up everywhere, has another larger chalet next to it, but it did not interfere with anything in our stay, the chalet is all closed so cold does not enter. The look of the bathroom window is beautiful. Áurea has helped us perfectly and always available to help. The kitchen items are basic, but it attends to make a good coffee, we took things for coffee in the chalet since the city was a little distant to get going back and forth, I just suggested putting on a bigger mirror (full body) and maybe a clothes rack (something like that) to hang wet clothes like a towel and bathing suits. We'll be back for sure soon!! Thank you

Very attentive, helpful, the place is very nice, the host is super attentive and helpful! We spent a short time and left at dawn because we had an appointment, even to leave they were super helpful at 2 in the morning!

Sidinei from the beginning to the check-out attended us super well. Giving recommendations, reminding them of the schedules and services available. Very good breakfast. Very cozy and welcoming cottage. I recommend it for couples who want to stay in a place in contact with nature, without noise, and get to know another side of Campos. It is not far from the center, only 15 to 18 minutes. I highly recommend it!

Large and comfortable Chalé, new, well cared for, all of high standard and quality. Hydro Bathtub is sensational to relax, the view is breathtaking. It has all the utensils for cooking, plus several extra amenities, such as a sauna and swimming pool in the owner's house. Hildemar was super solicitous, gave local tips, recommended service providers and always responded with agility and education. Highly recommended!

It was an amazing stay! A true retreat. It far exceeded our expectations. Paulo and Cláudia prepare everything with a lot of love. The space is very comfortable, clean and cozy. Breakfast is delicious and the cottage has everything you need! Paulo showed us every corner with great affection, made his garden available to us and we even left with several seedlings! I definitely recommend it and we'll be back again!

The stay was great! The space and the landscaping is beautiful and the house is more beautiful than in the pictures. It had everything we needed. Township of 2 large markets and about 15 minutes walking to the historic center and pier that leave the boat rides. We carry our cachorra that has greatly taken advantage of the backyard. Even the little house being on the same plot as Gunter's house we feel private. He welcomed us very well. Pool a delight and deeper than I imagined! Voltaria more often.

Leandro and his family were super receptive to me and my puppy. Wonderful stay, exactly as advertised. I recommend it with my eyes closed, I will certainly return more often.

We loved everything, from the reception of dear Luiza, who waited for us and received us with all affection and kindness, until the last minute of the stay. Mr. Paulo and Mrs. Margarida are wonderful, they gave us all the instructions for the house, before and after we arrived. The house is very comfortable, exceptionally clean, with all the utensils available. We were three adults and a baby, and the house accommodated us well. I would like to give "10 stars", but I can only give 5. We'll be back for sure. I would like to thank you again for everything!

The very well organized house, a complete kitchen with everything you need. a great location, main going by bus, I went by bus, markets, restaurants, pharmacy, very close to the house. i spent about 10 minutes walking to the beach. obs: there are three beautiful beaches, one next to the other. i also visited some islands. the township very soon, I'll be back to stay in the same house.
