Holiday rentals with a kayak in São Paulo

Second time we've stayed at the cottage, and it's always wonderful. The location is very quiet and beautiful, and the house is always very tidy. We will definitely go back again and again.

I only stayed one day with my girlfriend in the Maritaca chalet, unfortunately, because the space is super comfortable, relaxing, cozy, quiet, clean, with space for hiking, heated whirlpool and with all the household utensils to get by with food.

The stay was great, the ranch is wonderful, it was a very peaceful weekend, it is very worth it! Daniely is very attentive and kind, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful and very yummy locale, with everything we need for a comfortable stay. Excellent balcony with hammock and great chairs to rest. A large garden that is great for puppies. Barbecue area, clean pool. The Internet worked very well and the interior of the house is very cozy. I recommend it!

Simply incredible, impossible to describe the beauty, the impeccable house, a wonderful visit, the great beach for bathing, Silvia a friendliness, Rogério the homemade, always available to help. For 4x4 lovers the way is a great adventure, but very quiet, we went with children and a 3-month-old baby. We will definitely be back.

Wow! What a stunning paradise. From the beautifully landscaped yard to the excellent craftsmanship of the home, this place is perfect. Whoever designed and built this home really knew what they were doing. You really do have a near private beach just steps from the front porch. Our favorite part was just sitting on the front porch enjoying the sounds of nature with coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. Late May/early June is a great time to visit. We didn’t need to use the A/C once during our visit. Everything is well thought out, from the beach chairs, towels and sand castle toys to every piece of stemware and kitchen utensil you might need in the kitchen. Also, the town of Paraty is just a 15min drive away with lots of shopping/dining options. And the host, Angela, in the 15 years my family has been renting vacation properties, is the best host I’ve ever worked with. She was extremely responsive and arranged so many details and all our activities. Excellent!!

The house is wonderful, and the view then? Amazing! But what impresses most is the quality of everything – pots, blender, coffeemaker, fan, air conditioning. All brand-new! I've never been in a beach house with such powerful refrigerators, or other high-end refrigerators. The house is well taken care of – no enclosed smell, and the beds are delicious. Because it is above sea level, less sea level seems to arrive, making everything more fresh and pleasant, even in the rooms with only ventilator. The structure is impeccable: great internet, TVs with all apps, working bathrooms and even the smelly rest network. The swimming pool and the kiosk are in another plot, need to cross the alley, which calls for a logistics with food, but it doesn't spoil anything. Dica: Access requires a robust car. It doesn't have to be 4x4, but a hatch can struggle. We went from Duster and demanded attention. Ana is a phenomenal host, sending everything in advance and organization. Very polite and requests. We'll be back!

I felt at home, all very organized and clean, the house is beautiful, close to everything and super spacious, I will certainly come back more times and recommend, Eneas leaves a folder with suggestions of restaurants and tours and always asks if everything is right, and the recommendations, it was an amazing week...

Camilla and her family are welcoming, kind and have a unique sympathy. The products they offer for purchase (popsicles, jams, syrups and candies) are top quality. This is the second time we have stayed here and they treat us with great affection. Excellent host! We'll always come back

What a wonderful place! Casa da Cachoeira is a true getaway in the midst of nature, perfect for those seeking tranquility. Sleeping, waking up and spending the day packed by the sound of the river running right next to it is simply divine. Located about 25 minutes from the historic center of Paraty, the house offers the ideal balance between quiet and easy access to the city. It is worth every minute of the journey to live this unique experience. The house is charming, cozy and very well equipped, ideal for two adults. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A differential are the items available, such as umbrella, kayaks to explore the river and even bicycles. And you can't help but praise the host Guto! He is extremely considerate, kind and helpful. In addition to responding quickly offers great tips for tours, beaches and restaurants. Definitely a place to recharge and fall even more in love with Costa Verde. I want to go back now!

I stayed with my family at Luciana and Matheus' home for 3 days and despite the time, we love our stay ! The house is simple, but it has everything you need to cook and enjoy life. We took the kayaks and crossed the Saco to explore several beaches, it was truly a unique experience! Communication was always very good and simple too, thank you for receiving us 😉

The house is a delight, cozy and very well structured. The site (condominium/dam) is really special. Casa pé na água, with ample lawn, which gives a huge peace to those who are there. Josi, who takes care of the house, is extremely attentive and helpful. It was a great stay, I want to go back!

The ranch and condominium are very beautiful, an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. The house is very comfortable and complete. Mr. Agnaldo gave us clear instructions for the checkin that made it very easy. The only point of attention is that it has many ticks, not only at the ranch but throughout the condominium. Even so, we'll be back more often!

We spent an amazing carnival in the house by the Avaré Dam and we couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! We were delighted with the place. We had rainbows, a full moon, hummingbirds, Pantera - the extremely docile and passionate doberman. It is impossible not to notice the kindness, attention, affection, and availability of Gilberto, the father.

Me and my husband love the experience. Albert is an excellent host and the breakfast served is of extreme quality (in addition to the charm of receiving in a super cute basket). Great peaceful location in the woods! This location is best for people that don't have a problem walking a but more to get back to their rental because it is a bit further than the main area and you have to climb a few "homemade" stairs in the dirt and rocks. However, you feel really at peace in the woods and the host is simply the best host and human being you can meet ; She is incredible and that's what makes this place simply irresistible! She will help you with everything and anything you may need, from restaurant recommandations, to Hiking trails and even how much you show pay for different activities!

A place of healing, inner silence and expansion! The care of D. is remarkable. Júlia with every corner of the space. We had the company of docile animals, birds, lots of nature and various activities that Vila Verde provides. The cottage we stayed in is fully equipped, it even has an air fryer and all the kitchen utensils. We are delighted, D. Júlia is very attentive, generous and helpful. We were simply delighted! The place is even more beautiful than in the photos — a true haven in the middle of nature. Quiet, cozy and with a wonderful energy. Every detail was thought out with great care, from the decoration to the impeccable cleanliness. There was a power outage, I believe due to the wind, and we were unable to use the bathtub, but it was a minor detail. The host's hospitality is also worth mentioning: attentive, helpful and very respectful of our space and privacy. Undoubtedly, we left refreshed and eager to return soon. We highly recommend it!
