Excellent stay, the house is a gem, everything perfectly clean, and Sara is always very kind.

We went on the extended April holiday and arrived there and surprised us with the impeccable cleaning, the house is beyond what is seen in the photos, a very pleasant, quiet environment. We hired the part of the secretary of the home, Mrs. Rosângela, who was a love of person, very kind, helpful, impeccable, we always arrived from the beach the house was impeccable, extremely reliable !!! The house is close to the beach ! My family and I love the place and will definitely be back soon ! Marlon always very enlightening, always answering our doubts and always answered quickly, congratulations for the house, for referring us to Rosângela ! We liked it too much !

Cesar and the staff there are very kind, understanding, and helpful. I liked the location and the space is small but functional with everything I needed. Because the building is a small courtyard surrounded by big buildings, it has higher humidity. Also some of the sounds of the areas are magnified there. Most nights were peaceful, but there were a couple loud nights in my stay of about a month. The aircon helps with the humidity. It was definitely a good value and a nice stay! I especially love the area and proximity to Paraiso and Brigadeiro metro stations.

The house was exactly as in the photos, in a very quiet, peaceful place. Ideal for resting. It was super clean, with options for bed linen and towels available, making it very practical. The house had utensils for everything we needed and appliances too! The view was beautiful and the house functional! The hosts were helpful and the communication was very good! We would come back Absolutely

The house is beautiful, surrounded by nature and super well equipped. The house keepers were super helpful. Me and my family spent quite a lot of time by the pool, enjoying the garden. We had a bbq, used the sauna and really enjoyed our time there overall. Many trips to the beach and local waterfalls were also a highlight

Sandra is super attentive, from the beginning she gives you all the information, the house is very cozy, everything clean, the rooms are great. Dormi super well. It gives you tips on places to know. The swimming pool is a wonder. Anyway, my friend and I went to celebrate the anniversary and it was wonderful. We made a beautiful mine decoration with the photos near the pool. Thanks Sandra! We love our stay, the house is much more beautiful and large than appears in the photos! The house is comfortable, very clean, has many utensils, and every decor and view of the house is amazing! Chris and the homemade Adri were super polite and solicited! We love so much, we hope to be able to return soon!

The place is very special, having everything for a very pleasant stay, as was ours, with comfort, cleaning, complete equipment, along with a lush nature. The property is very well taken care of, with a very helpful and attentive team. We went to different families and we all had a lot of fun, from small children to adults, we appreciate the attention and hope to be able to come back one day.

The house is beautiful, and Angra is an amazing place! It is very comfortable to go in a group, as it allows you to be in a group, but, in turn, have some privacy. The property has 2 2 houses with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each. A house with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and a nice quincho. The last house has a upstairs bedroom and bathroom, and a living room, kitchen, toilette and gallery downstairs. Those 4 houses are complemented by a building that has a wide gallery and the main kitchen. Every room has a spectacular view! The only thing to note is that to access all the houses there are stone stairs, some quite long. Not recommended for people with limited mobility. The house is from an architect who spends a lot of time there. This is noticeable in every detail of the decor, furnishings, lighting, and design. The house does not have a pool or electric generator, which in Angra can be useful. Jhonny, Carla and Claudia are very kind and helpful.

Wonderful stay, in a beautiful place (a true paradise on earth) and a kind, considerate host and always available. The house is wonderful, huge and very well kept, impeccable cleanliness and with all the comfort you could want. The description was accurate. We came with 14 guests, and it fit us perfectly. We understood the aesthetic would be rustic, and the wood features stood out well. The pool area is an ideal spot for gatherings. The spa and pool could have been better prepared for use. We recommend updating some of the bare essentials, such as cookware, dishes, and bedding. If you use the space during colder seasons, heating options should be added to the rooms.

The place is very nice, very well accommodated our family of 12 adults. I emphasize the extreme good taste of the leisure space, the balcony with the barbecue, connected to the kitchen and the pool, barbarian! The land is huge, including space where there are pigs, sheep, horses and a cow with your little calf! Very cool! I recommend the hiring of Simone, an angel who took great care of our family! She and Marco were extremely attentive to us - our dogs especially loved Marco's patience! We'll be back!

just Idyllic! We were a family of 6 and stayed for a few days over easter. There are different and lovely areas laid out with tables or loungers to enjoy different views. We paid extra for a cook Val which I highly recommend. To make lunches and leave dinner prepared. She makes a great Moqueca for example which we heated for the evening and sweetly made a cake for my daughter's birthday. Felipe the manager was extremely kind helping us with cooking and anything we needed when Val went home at 5pm. He's also very interesting and worldly which I only found out on the last day and could talked to him of much longer. Good quality face snorkels were left for our use which makes all the difference and we swam with a friendly turtle in the bay. Kayaks for out use too. Netflix etc. No one else around so total privacy. Rename was better priced for boat tours than the locals so I recommend just booking him to do a day tour around the islands. Francesca was just as sweet as can be!

The Sitio São João is very pleasant. The environments favor the interaction between the guests with great comfort. The beds, bed and bath linens, the showers, everything is excellent. Cris, the person who helped us there, was super polite and efficient. Communication with the host was super easy. Anyway, it was all wonderful.

The house was perfect! We had a great experience in Tiradentes and very close to nature. The house is very well-equipped, the beds are comfortable and all the linens are very good. We highly recommend it!

Our stay was wonderful. The House is very comfortable, a lot of space inside and also in the laser area. In the garage fell 5 cars and there was still space. The street felt very safe and quiet. It had everything we needed kitchen equipment. In short , let's go back. thanks

The house is amazing... very well taken care of and is exactly as it says in the ad. We had a very good holiday at Rodrigo's house and Eva's presence and care made all the difference.

Each extremely comfortable, we were in 10 people but large spaces all well accommodated. We were received with great attention by Dona Neide, who passed the instructions and made herself available. Village exceeded expectations! Neighborhood with nearby things to do by car. We want to return!!!

Large house, spacious rooms and pleasant atmosphere and all clean. The only thing that bothered a little was that the owner asked to enter the house twice when there was no one inside the house. The second time he said he would need to maintain the pool and I explained that we were out and that we were not using the pool, but still he insisted to go at that time .

It was 4 incredible family days! The house is cozy, well-equipped and very well located, perfect for resting and enjoying the beach. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived, and we felt at home from the very first moment.
