The house is great, it matches the photos and the description, besides being spacious it is very cozy, my family and I were very well accommodated and had a lot of fun, the house is well located, it is very close to the beach and you can go on foot, the view of the pool to the garden is beautiful, besides having everything we need in the kitchen, the local shops are also very close, we did everything on foot and we did not need a car. The housekeeper Raquel is a sweetheart, she helped us a lot and Flávio attended to us whenever we needed, in addition to giving us excellent tips on the beaches. We'll be back for sure...

Ana’s place was a perfect location for us, walking distance to two beaches and close drive to town. It is paradise and I recommend her place.

The house is exactly like in the pictures. The decor is beautiful and makes the atmosphere extremely cozy. The air conditioning works really well and the double bedroom bed is super comfortable. The whole house was super clean and organized. The kitchen has all the items needed to cook, including more, which surprised us. The ambient sound is a positive and very cool point. The pool was clean when we arrived and during our stay, a swimming pool went to clean twice, keeping the water always clean. The lawn is very wide and my dog entertained for hours, he loved it! The house is in a neighborhood far from the center and to go to the beach has to be by car, but nothing that would bother us. Inclusive is a very quiet neighborhood with no noise or any trouble. There is a nearby market, which we went on foot. I love the experience and intend to stay again in Taquahouse when I return to Ubatuba!

The house is excellent and the location too. The high point and the friendliness and pronounced of the homemade, Marilene who helped with everything . The house is even better than the photos. I will come back.

I celebrated my birthday and my sister's birthday with family and friends and it was simply spectacular. There is no other word to describe the paradise we stayed in. Ana gave us all the tips we needed, helped us with the boat and explained all the details of the house. We had an amazing weekend with privacy! Thank you, we will definitely be back.

The very good site, for those who like sunshine is a great place, the accommodations are good and many mattresses, if it fits more people, only the picisna that was cleaned only two x that we spent 4 days of the carnival, the garbage we had to go down and take in the night place because of the cacchorros that appears, but the rest very good and for sure I will go back. Celeste is an excellent person before going to take all the doubts and very prastatative away from me!!!!

The house is very good, great location facing the sea !!! Amazing view, really very beautiful, the house was clean, has kitchen utensils, three en-suites, the house maintenance is up to date. Checkout was flexible, we were able to leave a few hours later. Point of improvement, the house has no air-conditioning and it was needed. Next time I'll bring a few more fans. We'll be back more often

Me and my family love to spend the Carnival in Socorro. The place is easy to find and the view is wonderful! The house was clean, organized and Wender answered us promptly every time we requested. Thank you very much!

Extremely welcoming and intimate place. Only good things for the stay. The only point of attention is for pet parents, a lot of open space, so the pet needs to be very obedient, otherwise it can get lost. But, my loved ones loved freedom and I loved the calm and privacy of the place.

I went with my husband and our 1 year and 9 month old son. We loved the stay! Since we had a baby, the host offered us to stay in a better cottage to enjoy more 😍 The chalet is impeccable, identical to the advertisement and super equipped. Quiet environment and the breakfast is really exceptional. We'll definitely be back.

The house is very comfortable, located in a very quiet neighborhood. Helaine was friendly and responded quickly, just like Douglas, his co-host. I would definitely host again when I returned to São Sebastião. Excellent stay.

Jorge was very attentive, healed all the doubts and left recommendations that helped us a lot. The house has a very beautiful garden. It rained a lot during my stay, but the whole house equipped and cozy to spend time with the family. On the day we left, it made a great little sun, but with the beaches very close to the house and Jorge being very helpful, we were able to enjoy it. Voltaria and I recommend.

The wonderful eh house, very well located, with lots of green around! And the best basically pe on the sand! Eh a gated condominium with a lot of security! An amazing place!

The reception with Mrs. Cida was on time. The house meets the needs of the stay, well equipped and very clean in all the people, the location is also perfect. A point to improve: very old air conditioning, so there's a lot of noise that bothers you at rest. Overall an excellent home, we will be back for sure. Gratitude for Attention!

very good stay, local as in the photos, very complete house, clean and organized. well located near the supermarket, the center, restaurants, shops and the beach. the very helpful host and always the disposition. condominium caretaker also very polite and helpful. the only observation is that the pool is very cold is in the shade most of the day. but in general no complaints, excellent option.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is exactly like in the pictures, very well cared for, with impeccable cleaning. The bedding and towels were super smelling, a detail that makes all the difference! Zilda was very attentive from the beginning. Camila, home of the house, welcomed us with great affection, made us super at ease and helped us with everything we need. We also hired a girl to cook and help the house, which was very cool and made our stay a lot easier. Have been incredible days and we will definitely be back!

we were in a group of friends to go to the João Rock festival and the accommodation was super nice, everything very clean and well organized. Davi clarified all our doubts and also went ahead and gave us all the instructions. We want to go back to stay longer and enjoy the space more, which was very beautiful.
