The Zirben Chalet is located south of Landshut in the municipality of Kumhausen (8 minutes to the old town of Landshut, city bus connection available) surrounded by forest, field and meadows. Enjoy the tranquility in the chalet made of original Austrian highland pine. You can use the natural pool, children's rope swing, trampoline and play castle at your own risk. For a fee, an 11 KW wallbox, electric bicycles or cargo bike for 1 adult plus max. 3 children up to 8 years old or 2 children up to 12 years old can be used.

Das Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage verfügt zusätzlich über eine ausziehbare Schlafcouch. Zur Mitbenutzung steht unser Garten mit Pool (Saison Mitte Mai-Sept.) Trampolin, großer Wiese zum Fußballspielen, Feuerschale und Grill zur Verfügung. Wir befinden uns genau zwischen Regensburg und dem Oberpfälzer Seenland (ca. 20 km).

Součástí yurty je wellness, které se doplácí na místě ( 20€/den) Nebojte po rezervaci se vám včas ozveme a veškeré doplňkové služby si potvrdíme. Užijte si nádherný výhled na rybník přímo z yurty. Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.
