It's a very nice and clean place, conveniently located a short 5-minute walk from the city center.

Staying at Pia and Amar’s place was exactly what I needed—comfortable, convenient, and filled with warmth. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Maritim Hotel and Stuttgart’s Haus der Wirtschaft. The studio itself is well-equipped, cozy, and practical—ideal for a hassle-free stay. But the true highlight of my experience was Pia and Amar themselves. They are the kindest, most welcoming hosts you could hope for, instantly making me feel at home. Their genuine warmth and hospitality turned a simple stay into a memorable experience. I can’t wait to come back! Next time, I hope to spend more time exploring the beautiful garden behind the house, admiring Pia’s incredible artwork, and experiencing Amar’s amazing DJ performances. Highly recommended!

Hrisoula ist sehr freundlich! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet! Auch die Lage mit U-BAHN Anbindung und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Porsche Museum bietet viele Gelegenheiten was zu unternehmen! Ich kann die Wohnung von Hrisoula sehr empfehlen und würde immer wieder kehren!

The room is relatively small at about 20-25 m², but really cosy. The bathroom is spotlessly clean and there is a fully functional kitchen with basically all cooking stuff. In short, it's a small space that provides everything you need to feel like at home.

It’s a very nice and enjoyable stay. The place is very clean. I love the closeness to the public transportation which is important to my stay.

This was one of our favorite stays on our entire trip — Steffen’s apartment truly exceeded expectations. In fact, the apartment looks even better in person than in the photos! It’s spacious, filled with natural light from both sides, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We especially loved the thoughtful layout, the dedicated office room (a rare and welcome feature), and the calming, beautifully styled decor. You can tell a lot of thought and love has gone into designing this place. Every detail, from the decor to the layout, feels intentional and welcoming. Communication with Steffen was smooth, and on check-out we had the pleasure of meeting his kind and friendly mom. A couple of things to note: the projector is a nice touch, but a standard TV might be more practical. A microwave and in-unit washer would also add convenience. Still, these were minor things in an otherwise exceptional stay. Highly recommended — we’d love to return!

Had an excellent stay at Tobias's place. Loved the proximity to the hospital and appreciated his promptness with responding to messages and very friendly. The space is excellent, highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is more spacious than the photos show. Manuela met us in person to give us the keys and show us the laundry room and trash rooms. The apartment is on a quiet street and everything in the town of Ludwigsburg was easily walkable! We had children with us so we appreciated the dedicated washer and dryer in the basement laundry room.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Steffen und Micha war auf allen Ebenen genau so angenehm, wie wir es uns gewünscht hatten: Steffen ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber, durch dessen persönliche Begrüßung wir uns direkt willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und hat alles, was man braucht. Wir haben ein Konzert in der Porsche-Arena besucht, welches sowohl mit der U-Bahn als auch zu Fuß super einfach zu erreichen war! Für uns war es perfekt. Vielen lieben Dank an Steffen und Micha, wir kommen gerne wieder.

This apartment is fantastic! It has everything I needed for a week in Stuttgart. A fully-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher!), peaceful outdoor seating area, separate bedroom and access to a washer AND dryer, the latter of which is rare in my European Airbnb experience. You can walk to the U-Bahn in under 5 minutes, and be at the main train station or the airport in 20-30 minutes. There is a large supermarket maybe 5 minutes away by foot. Parking on the street is not too difficult if you have a car, which I did for part of my stay. Almut is a great host. I would definitely stay here again.

Liebe Julia, Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Nichts hat gefehlt, es war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Man hat sich direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. (Vielleicht längere Einzelbetten, da sie nur 1,80 m lang sind).

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und genau wie in der Beschreibung. Die Lage war super – ruhig, aber trotzdem alles gut erreichbar. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und hat den Check-in total unkompliziert gemacht. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung!

Isabel ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin und sehr engagiert ihre Gäste glücklich zu machen. Wir hatten ein super erholsames und privates Wochenende. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Man ist in wenigen Metern in der Stadt mit vielen Restaurants und auch schnell im Grünen. Wir haben sogar einen Stadtplan bekommen. Auch für unsere Hunde war die Unterkunft super gelegen und sie konnten sich innen und außen frei bewegen, da der Außenbereich umzäunt und wenig einsehbar ist. Es gab sogar einen gratis Snack für unsere kleinen am Abreisetag. Die kleinen haben sich sehr gefreut. Große Empfehlung für Hundebesitzer. Zur Begrüßung gab es sogar eine Flasche Sekt mit Obst und alles war vorhanden, sogar Zahnbürsten, Spiele, Kaffee und vieles mehr. Morgens hat uns Isabel auch Brötchen inkl. Aufstrich bereitgestellt. Vielen Dank für das erholsame und entspannte Wochenende.

Wir hatten wunderschöne 3 Tage in der Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Saune und Whirlpool hat alles super funktioniert. Eine Sache was mich leicht gestört hat war, dass leider schmutzige Geschirr in der Schublade. Aber auch da kann man drüber weg schauen und macht es sauber. Aber alles in allem war es sehr schön und wir kommen wieder.

Great place, has everything you might need and then some. Lots of details that make one feel welcome. However, you probably need a car, especially if you're with small kids. Another thing to note is that the bunk beds are actually children's beds so take that into consideration. The top bunk is max 70 kilos and for age 7+. The space between the top and the bottom bunk is also very narrow. Overall, these beds are not ideal for adults.

Sandra was a super friendly, responsive and helpful host and really made our stay a special one. Her place was extremely clean and thoughtfully set up - she told us she stays in many Airbnbs and has used her experience to ensure she provides all the bits and pieces that are sometimes missing at other places, and really make a difference to how good a stay is We were very comfortable there, and had everything we needed. The hot tub (warmed up in advance for us) was a wonderful bonus Thank you Sandra, we would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area

Als wir ankamen wurden wir von Angelika persönlich begrüßt, und haben eine gute Einweisung vor allem in die vielen Funktionalitäten der Badausstellung bekommen. Aber auch die Empfehlung wo man essen gehen könnte oder auch welche Unternehmungen wurde weitergegeben. Was wir auch sehr sehr gut fanden ist, dass es einige frische Früchte schön auf einen Teller serviert gab. Auch die Vielfalt hat überzeugt. Insgesamt waren es zwei schöne Tage.
