It is modern, stylishly finished, with plenty of space on two floors. The peculiarity of the villa is the large triangular window that extends across the entire front of the property, allowing for an unobstructed view of nature and creating a sense of openness. There is also an outdoor sauna and Jacuzzi to ensure complete relaxation after a busy day.

Booking a treehouse green is a great place for a break on the edge of the forest. It is surrounded by trees, meadows, a fire pit and animal enclosures. Particular attention was paid to high-quality architecture: The treehouse is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good atmosphere in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture prize as well as a wooden construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

The "1A Chalet" with a large wellness area, bathtub with stunning view, terrace and indoor sauna is located at about 1600 hm, right in the holiday village in the ski area on the Koralpe. You can reach the lift, ski school and ski rental on skis or on foot! Directly from the chalet you can go on fantastic hikes or ski tours! Our idyllic house on the edge of the forest offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the vineyards and absolute privacy, without direct neighbors. Relax in the hammock or enjoy evenings by the fire. Thanks to its location on the Slovenian border, the house is ideal for winter sports enthusiasts, and the surrounding area invites you to cycling and hiking tours. Perfect for combining relaxation and active holidays.

"Max" in the wellness oasis with sauna/hot tub

In the feel-good oasis on Trausdorfberg, you can feel comfortable and recharge in the 100-year-old buildings of our farm - on the hills between Graz and Vulkanland! The apartment "Max" has a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave/grill, dishwasher and breakfast table, a cozy living room with dining area and couch and a private terrace. Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely hut

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
