Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

A lovingly furnished lodger flat in the heart of the beautiful village of Altusried in the Allgäu. The heart of the apartment is the spacious eat-in kitchen, which is called "Stube" in the Allgäu. The kitchen is fully equipped. A bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom with underfloor heating and a washing machine. The living room leads directly to the terrace and the garden. Your car is safe in the lockable single garage.

Directly behind the house is a fantastic view of the Allgäu mountains. Here in the Allgäu Lakeland there is something for everyone: Whether hiking or cycling, water sports and relaxing on the Sulzberg lakes... Or maybe a trip to the royal castles, the Bavarian Alps or Lake Constance?
