We had a fabulous few days in Treviso and Alberta's apartment was perfect for being so close to everything and we loved every aspect about it. This place is like walking into an architectural magazine. So meticulously designed, simple, and comfortable. Speaking of comfort, the bed is amazing! Plenty of towels, wonderful pots, and pans and dishes. Very special place and so perfectly located to walk in this beautiful city And explore beyond. Highly staying as many days as possible here!

Unfortunately, we were out of season. But all in all, great. Apart from the lack of privacy on the terrace, which could become unpleasant in the high season, there is nothing to complain about. Hostess again

We booked the accommodation for an overnight stay after a trip to Venice. The location was great for our onward journey. The apartment was very nice, clean and well tidy. Anael even provided us with water and something for breakfast. Communication was friendly and helpful.

This place is crazy beautiful! We had a great time. The unite is amazing and the sauna on a patio is top bonus. Beautiful sea views. Everything was perfect. Very peaceful community, great beach club with pools too.

Perfect place to visit Venice. There are several transportation options to get to the islands in a few minutes. The apartment is impeccable, with great facilities in the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living room. Antonella was super helpful with information about restaurants, markets and tips about Venice.

Great apartment and very helpful host! Everything is very new

Cati and her husband are friendly and extremely helpful, the apartment is very spacious and bright, easily accessible even for those with minor walking problems. If we really want to find the so-called hair in the egg, the presence of a second bathroom, even if very small, would have made the apartment more than perfect, but already so it has amply satisfied our needs. So, when we return to the area next year, we will try our best to occupy it again. Thanks again, Cati!

It was very nice to stay there. The apartment is perfectly clean and equipped, nothing was missing. A nice surprise was the additional assortment that was in the fridge. The host himself was happy to answer our questions and agreed to give us a ride to the station, which was very helpful for us. We highly recommend staying in this place, I hope we will be able to visit this great place again.

I’ve been to Oderzo many times, this apartment was a stand out, ticks all the boxes. I would stay there 100% when I return.

A wonderful stay!! Annalisa was immediately very kind in her explanations, always available, she provided us with games and books for the children, something to quench our thirst right away and any comfort we needed... we really felt at home! The sea is about 600 meters away, a 10-minute walk (calmly) but just a short walk to find yourself in the center and find shops/bars, although in the winter period they are obviously closed and you have to go to the village, but we had already been warned. Annalisa also showed us nearby playgrounds with lots of photos, a big plus with two small children. Another positive note: the apartment was free and she allowed us to check in before the scheduled time. I definitely recommend it and I'm already considering coming back!

I am still dreaming about the view from the windows! An ideal base to explore Venice and cozy sanctuary to return to, exactly as described—clean, charming, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Caterina was incredibly responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth stay. Everything was wonderful! The location was perfect. Close enough to explore the best of Italy, but tucked away just enough for peaceful mornings and restful evenings. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and welcoming Italian experience.

It was the perfect stay to explore Istria. Mara was a pure delight so very helpful with everything from local recommendations, washing and beautifully picked cherries! The apartment was beautifully presented and matched the pictures and descriptions perfectly. Close enough to motovun where we managed a few visits. Can highly recommend. Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

The apartment has historic feelings and has been kept up to modern amenities. The view from the window is just unbelievable which elevates the apartment. Location is in the quieter part Venice which enables you to sleep well. I would highly recommend Pierantonio apartment.

Great location and lovely apartment

The apartment is away from the hustle and bustle of the major attractions where you can experience the more quiet life in Venice and imagine yourself living there. One canal over are plenty of restaurants and views. Imagine living in a Disney movie. Another canal down and you have a grocery store in an old theater that’s SO beautiful. There are also more restaurants and shops are over there too. With about a 20-25 minute walk you can be on the other side of the island to see St. Marc’s and Doge. Google maps is your new bestie. I say will my mom (75), my son (12), and myself (38) felt very safe around Venice and never saw anything concerning happening. There are multiple ferry systems. We took one in from the airport that was beautiful and the ferry stop is not far from the apartment. We don’t have this where I am from, so think bus stops for boats. If you have experience with that kind of thing it’s a good way to get around.
