We had a fabulous few days in Treviso and Alberta's apartment was perfect for being so close to everything and we loved every aspect about it. The air conditioning made such a difference for sleeping. The restaurants we went to were all in Alberta's recommendations and they were all superb. Many thanks

This place is like walking into an architectural magazine. So meticulously designed, simple, and comfortable. Speaking of comfort, the bed is amazing! Plenty of towels, wonderful pots, and pans and dishes. Very special place and so perfectly located to walk in this beautiful city And explore beyond. Highly staying as many days as possible here!

Appartamento curato nei minimi dettagli, che ha reso la mia esperienza assolutamente piacevole. Fin dal primo momento, sono stato accolto con grande gentilezza e disponibilità, facendo sì che mi sentissi a casa in un ambiente nuovo. L’appartamento è arredato con grande cura e attenzione, con un design elegante e funzionale. Ogni angolo riflette il buon gusto e l’impegno del host nel creare uno spazio accogliente. Pulizia impeccabile, ambienti luminosi e una disposizione degli spazi che rende il soggiorno confortevole e rilassante. La posizione è ideale, permettendo di esplorare facilmente la zona senza difficoltà. Che si tratti di una passeggiata nei dintorni o di raggiungere i principali punti di interesse, tutto è a portata di mano. Inoltre, il quartiere è tranquillo, garantendo il giusto equilibrio tra comodità e privacy.

Leider waren wir außerhalb der Saison. Aber Alles in Allem Super. Außer der fehlenden Privatsphäre auf der Terrasse die in der Hochsaison unangenehm werden könnte, gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Gerne Wieder.

Wir haben die Unterkunft gebucht für eine Übernachtung nach einem Ausflug nach Venedig. Die Lage war super für unsere Weiterreise. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und gut aufgeräumt. Anael hat uns sogar Wasser und etwas zum Frühstück breitgestellt. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

This place is crazy beautiful! We had a great time. The unite is amazing and the sauna on a patio is top bonus. Beautiful sea views. Everything was perfect. Very peaceful community, great beach club with pools too.

Lugar perfeito para visitar Veneza. Há diversas opções de transporte para chegar nas ilhas em poucos minutos. O apartamento impecável, ótimas instalações na cozinha, quarto, banheiro e sala. Antonella foi super prestativa com informações de restaurantes, mercados e dicas sobre Veneza.

Le logement était parfait placé au cœur du vignoble du prosecco ce qui nous a permis de découvrir cette belle région. Antonella a été très réactive et a répondu à toutes nos questions.

Cati e consorte simpatici ed estremamente disponibili, appartamento molto spazioso e luminoso, facilmente accessibile anche per chi ha piccoli problemi di deambulazione. Se proprio vogliamo trovare il cosiddetto pelo nell'uovo, la presenza di un secondo bagno, anche se molto piccolo, avrebbe reso l'appartamento più che perfetto, ma già così ha soddisfatto ampiamente le nostre esigenze. Perciò, quando torneremo in zona il prossimo anno, cercheremo in tutti i modi di occuparlo di nuovo. Grazie ancora Cati!

Pobyt w tym miejscu był bardzo przyjemny. Mieszkanie jest idealnie czyste i wyposażone, niczego nie brakowało. Miłym zaskoczeniem był dodatkowy asortyment który znajdował się w lodówce. Sam gospodarz chętnie odpowiadał na nasze pytania i zgodził się podwieźć nas na dworzec co było dla nas bardzo pomocne. Serdecznie polecamy nocleg w tym miejscu, mam nadzieję że uda nam się jeszcze odwiedzić to super miejsce.

Die Wohnung ist genau wie von Ines beschrieben, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit Ines hat immer super funktioniert und der Empfang durch Ines Mama war außerst herzlich. Sogar unser Hund war willkommen! Einziges Manko: an zwei von vier Nächten war es von der Bar nebenan wirklich sehr laut. Wer damit keine Probleme hat, dem kann man diese Unterkunft in Top-Lage wärmstens empfehlen!

Un meraviglioso soggiorno!! Annalisa è stata fin da subito gentilissima nelle spiegazioni, sempre disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare giochi e libri per i bimbi, qualcosa per dissetarci fin da subito e qualsiasi comfort che serve.. ci siamo veramente sentiti come a casa nostra! Il mare dista circa 600mt, 10 minuti a piedi (con calma) ma basta fare due passi per ritrovarsi in centro e trovare negozi/bar, anche se nel periodo invernale sono ovviamente chiusi e bisogna recarsi al paese, ma eravamo già stati avvertiti. Annalisa inoltre ci ha indicato anche dei parco giochi vicini con tanto di foto, una grossa comodità avendo due bambini piccoli. Altra nota positiva: l'appartamento era libero e ci ha permesso di fare il check-in prima dell'orario stabilito. Sicuramente lo consiglio e sto già valutando di tornarci!

I am still dreaming about the view from the windows! An ideal base to explore Venice and cozy sanctuary to return to, exactly as described—clean, charming, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Caterina was incredibly responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth stay. Everything was wonderful! The location was perfect. Close enough to explore the best of Italy, but tucked away just enough for peaceful mornings and restful evenings. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and welcoming Italian experience.

It was the perfect stay to explore Istria. Mara was a pure delight so very helpful with everything from local recommendations, washing and beautifully picked cherries! The apartment was beautifully presented and matched the pictures and descriptions perfectly. Close enough to motovun where we managed a few visits. Can highly recommend. Thank you Mara for a lovely stay.

Logement très spacieux et décoré avec goût. Il est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Stephano est très réactif et disponible. Logement à recommander à 10 minutes de La place Saint Marc.

Un grand merci à Giorgia pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse, son écoute et sa grande serviabilité ! Elle nous a donné d’excellents conseils pour découvrir de bons restaurants, de jolies balades et les incontournables de cette cité merveilleuse où nous avons passé trois jours inoubliables. Son logement, situé en rez-de-chaussée à proximité de toutes les commodités, est très propre, le lit y est confortable, et le jacuzzi ainsi que le sauna sont parfaits pour se détendre après une longue journée dans les ruelles de Venise, ville à 99 % piétonne (pas de voitures, pas de trottinettes, et pas de vélos non plus !). Nous recommandons vivement ce logement ainsi que Giorgia. Vous ne serez pas déçus ! Bon séjour !

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

The apartment has historic feelings and has been kept up to modern amenities. The view from the window is just unbelievable which elevates the apartment. Location is in the quieter part Venice which enables you to sleep well. I would highly recommend Pierantonio apartment.

Mirjam’s place above the city is lovely and the view is so calming. Very quiet are and feels like home away from home. Thank you.

Great location and lovely apartment

The apartment is away from the hustle and bustle of the major attractions where you can experience the more quiet life in Venice and imagine yourself living there. One canal over are plenty of restaurants and views. Imagine living in a Disney movie. Another canal down and you have a grocery store in an old theater that’s SO beautiful. There are also more restaurants and shops are over there too. With about a 20-25 minute walk you can be on the other side of the island to see St. Marc’s and Doge. Google maps is your new bestie. I say will my mom (75), my son (12), and myself (38) felt very safe around Venice and never saw anything concerning happening. There are multiple ferry systems. We took one in from the airport that was beautiful and the ferry stop is not far from the apartment. We don’t have this where I am from, so think bus stops for boats. If you have experience with that kind of thing it’s a good way to get around.
