Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Tbilisi

Leila is an amazing host, very kind and responsive. Leila asked me toward the end of the booked stay if i was looking to extend, as in to prioritise the extension; which i was very appreciative of and rate greatly. The property is perfect. It is in a great location, close to the centre with all manner of public transport links within a five minute walk; bus, metro, taxi. Taxi’s around Tbilisi are cheap from this location. There are all kinds of shops/restaurants around and a mall down the road. There is a spar at the bottom of the building, which is handy. You could realistically walk to freedom square within 30/40, which is nice in good weather. The properly was very well presented, and contained all of the amenities you could need and want for a long/short stay. the property also has an oven, which is rare for airbnb’s in Tbilisi. The property is clean, tidy, and spacious. The balcony is private with no opposite neighbours. Leila is a great host, I would recommend staying here

This apartment is an absolute gem! Brand new, beautifully and tastefully designed, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need – every detail has been thoughtfully perfected. My wife and I felt even better than at home. But the true highlight is the host – Keti. She is not just a wonderful person, she’s an angel in every sense of the word. Her kindness, helpfulness, and warm personality went far beyond anything we expected. She supported us even with things completely unrelated to the rental – we truly felt cared for and welcomed. If you’re looking for an exceptional place, with top-notch quality, a cozy, homely atmosphere, and a host you’ll never forget – look no further. This apartment is simply perfect!

Saba is a really good host. The house is clean and has everything you need. Location center. The only problem is that the sound insulation is very weak. Other than that, everything was perfect

This apartment is amazing! It’s incredibly cozy, especially thanks to the abundance of plants that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The balcony is a gem – a perfect spot to relax and enjoy your time. The host is super responsive and helpful, making communication easy and enjoyable. Everything was perfectly organized. The only small downside is that the apartment is on the 6th floor with no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, be prepared for a bit of a workout. But honestly, it’s totally worth it – I would highly recommend staying here!

Very great and amazing place especially for the fish time visitors near everywhere. The host was amazing whether with her attitude and quick response… Comfortable and luxury place worth every dollar you spend on it.

It was a really nice stay! Tamar and Giorgi are great hosts, and ready to help. The location is great, just a short walk from many shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. The apartment itself was comfortable, with plenty of storage, extra linens, and good WiFi for working remotely. There were just a few slight drawbacks which can be easily fixed. It's also worth noting, the last two photos are not accurate. The view is blocked by construction of a new high rise building. Also, for summer stays, there is not an AC unit in the bedroom, the only AC unit in the apartment is in the living room. Overall, the experience was great, and we would be happy to come back.

After checking in it turned out that there was no warm water in the Apartment for the next 3-4 days which was a general problem in the building and beyond the control of the host. The host Roman acted spectacularly fast , was available literally 24/7 and organised everything so that we could quickly and super smoothly move to another, bigger and more expensive flat without having to pay anything extra. Big thanks to Roman for his incredible support and problem solving mindset, absolutely fantastic. Can recommend this host 100%.

Lali is a very responsible host and was in touch all the time. This is the cleanest apartment I have ever rented, with all the necessary amenities and even more for a comfortable stay. It’s in a good location with nice restaurants nearby.

This apartment is incredible!! we felt right at home. Lasha is an excellent host, he responded very quickly and he literally saved us and ensured our best comfort. Check-in was seamless, we easily found the entrance, and there was a small welcome gift in the room. The apartment is bright, with a surprising view of a quiet courtyard with trees and even a mountain. Better than on the photos. The building has a 24-hour grocery store and a bistro with delicious food. We highly recommend this place to anyone who loves stylish interiors and comfort. We would be delighted to stay here again.

Awesome apartment with an awesome host! My parents stayed in this apartment, and they say it's the best rent apartment they've ever been to. Everything is tidy and clean, all amenities are in place, the apartment is very cozy, bright and warm, and it's quiet at night. The view from the balcony is terrific. Tea is very responsive and hospitable. The building is conveniently located close to the city center, railway and metro stations, and there is a trading center nearby too. We are extremely satisfied and will definitely come back. Thank you Tea!

We’ve stay at Guram’s place for about a month. A couple with a baby. The apartment was great, specious, had all we needed. The view is beautiful. I would recommend staying there if this area works for your needs.

All good things mentioned in my previous review are still there. Nice, recently built neighborhood, new building. The apartment is recently renovated, bright and clean with a big balcony. Rooms have huge windows. Full size bath, washing machine, air conditioner, refrigerator, water heater (tap water, room heating) - all the equipment is new and is working well. Nice view to the mountains and the city. Nice and quiet neighbors. Metro station is in 10 min walk distance - a convenient way to get to and from the city. Shopping malls and supermarkets (Carrefour, Universami, Fresco), big food market, bank offices and currency exchange points, pharmacies and small shops are in 10-15 min walk distance. A very nice and quiet place to stay.

Everything was nice, it was easy to get into the house. Khati was helpful with everything. The only problem was that there was constant wind in the house on windy days. However, it is an apartment where you can stay with peace of mind.

I really enjoyed my stay! The place looks exactly like it does in the photos. Nino was incredibly responsive and always ready to help with anything I needed. The neighborhood is great – quiet and peaceful, with friendly neighbors. Also, there’s a cool cat living in the yard – definitely a bonus!

Beautiful big house with hospitable hosts! Clean, well-maintained rooms. Our large company of 14 people (4 families) easily accommodated there. The location, which at first seemed not very convenient in fact, was with a "highlight" - a stunning view of the city from the balcony, an interesting road leading to the center without traffic. It offered breathtaking views. But the main advantage is the hosts! They met us warmly and hospitably in Georgian style - they treated us to homemade khachapuri.

If you’re tired of the hustle and bustle of the city but don’t want to leave Tbilisi — this is the place for you. A very cozy house with a beautiful garden. The house has everything you might need, even a swing and a hammock in the yard. It feels less like a rental and more like visiting close friends. Nunu is a responsive and caring host. We loved everything! We’d gladly come back again! P.S. The photos of the house don’t do it justice — it’s much better in real life!

I had a fantastic stay at this house in Georgia! The room was absolutely beautiful and in excellent condition – just like the photos, if not better. Everything I needed was provided, and it made the stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The space was neat, clean, and well-maintained, which really added to the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-equipped stay in Georgia. Would love to come back again!

The house is located on a hill in a traditional neighborhood without any tourists, so you can experience real Georgian life, but in a walking distance to the Old Town. There are also a few great viewpoints, often overlooked by tourists, offering beautiful views of the city and sunset. One of them is at the dead end of Chaisubani Street (41.704761, 44.807957). Tamara is a great and friendly host who can help with everything. I had an issue with the washing machine, and she resolved it quickly. The house is a two-story building with its own yard. Both floors have a living room. The ground floor also has a kitchen and a bedroom. Everything was clean and decorated with love. The second floor has two bedrooms and a balcony. The master bedroom is a bit dark but quite comfortable and cozy. The living room upstairs is also very nice and cozy. The only downside is that some beds have a mesh spring base, which may not be suitable for people with back or neck issues. Thank you for hosting me.

We couldn't have been happier about our stay, cozy and clean apartment that looks even better than on the pictures, equiped with everything you could ever ask for, even a washing machine. When we couldn't find something, the host was very responsive and eager to help us. The apartment is located centrally in Tbilisi, about a 10 minute walk from the river and in close proximity to Fabrika. There are multiple supermarkets, a pharmacy and other shops including vintage thrift shops within 200 meters. The host was very welcoming, friendly and made us feel at home. We would definitly come back again.
