Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Tbilisi

Salome is great host. We loved staying at their home. Her father in law was helpful and kind in instructing where to find things. It was a family trip for us and we were 5, but I believe their place can host more than that and I will think about if if we travel to Georgia again with my group of friends as well.

We've had a great BBQ party in the yard. The terrace on the third floor looks great, with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. The owners were very nice and helpful.

We stayed with a large group for a wedding. the house and garden accommodated us all well. There were plenty of things in the kitchen so we could cook for a large group. There was a 24 hour restaurant and supermarket within 50 meters. Rustaveli metro station was about 15 minutes walk downhill. Lena was responsive to messages, and sent clear instructions prior to check in. 100% recommend.

Maka's place is amazing, you will not be disappointed. the property is beautiful, with a great yard with an outdoor bbq area that would be amazing for a group event. The home's decor is elegant and comfortable. The second floor deck/patio was a huge plus feature for me and my dog. There are 2-3 stores within a short <5 minute walk where you can get supplies and groceries. The house is a short ride from the center of the city, I never had trouble getting Bolt Delivery, or a Bolt ride when I wanted to go to the city center. Maka and her family are gracious and hospitable hosts. There is 1 bathroom (large shower, and toilet) connected via the kitchen, so that may be important to note if you have a larger group. I have rented many places, and I highly recommend Maka's place!

Прекрасное уединенное жилище в лесу. Светлый и чистый дом. Покой и умиротворение, для тех, кто любит наслаждаться пением птиц по утрам. Прекрасная терраса, отличный вид. Дружелюбные хозяева.

Evden genel olarak çok memnun kaldık, 9 kişi çok rahat şekilde 4 gece kaldık. Uçak saatlerimiz kötü olmasına rağmen Giriş ve çıkışta sorun yaşamadık. Sadece gezilecek yerlerin çoğu nehrin karşı tarafında olduğu için biraz yürünmesi ya da taksi kullanılması gerekiyor, fabrikaya çok yakın, hemen yakınında 24 saat açık marketler var. Mutfakta ve banyoda ihtiyaç olacak her şey var ve tertemizdi.

The apartment is in a nice and safe location. Lika provided all the instructions and it was very easy to get in. She was also very nice and let us check in earlier than the mentioned hour. One thing I noticed was that the towels and the bedding weren't the cleanest or the newest, but that was tolerable.

Amazing place to stay! The host is very kind and helpful, he lives next door. The place is clean, cozy and beautiful, it has every amenity one would need. It's located uphill so the view is very good, there is also a binocular available. Keep in mind that there is no balcony. The location is very quiet and there were no problems with loud sounds from outside at all. If you happen to have a stereo audio with you, the room would be just phenomenal, because the ceiling is angled, there are a lot of soft stuff inside the room and it has wallpapers, which removes sound reflections

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Merab's place. Very nicely located, easily walkable to anywhere in the old town. The place had everything we needed and is very well equipped. Merab was super helpful and responded to all our questions and asks. Highly recommend this place and I would love to stay there again

The place was wonderful, very atmospheric, very cozy. We felt right at home. Everything was clean, comfortable and great. Everything was great.

Planning my visit to Tbilisi, I faced a real challenge: finding a place spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my 3 kids and elderly parents, while also being well-located for easy sightseeing. Something central but not in the middle of a noisy, touristy area. George’s apartment turned out to be the perfect choice! The location couldn't have been better. The apartment itself is quiet and restful (100% photos). The highlight of the apartment is undoubtedly the private terrace, offering a breathtaking view of the city. We spent our evenings there, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere after busy days exploring. What made our stay truly special, however, was George. He is an exceptional host — incredibly attentive, flexible, and supportive. His thoughtful communication made everything smooth, and I especially appreciated the care he showed toward my parents. His balance of friendliness, delicacy, an genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcome. Thank you, George! ❤️

The villa exceeded all expectations. All rooms were immaculate and the wine cellar is a fantastic shared area to chill around the fire. There was plenty of space for our party of 11 and the facilities available are impeccable. Geno the host is fantastic and did everything he could to make our stay a success, nothing was too much trouble. He met us very early in the morning at the villa when we arrived to show us around, took us to the shop for supplies and advised throughout the trip on the best places to go and on the final day came to meet us with our luggage in the evening so we could have another day exploring. We really could not have asked for more. Fantastic experience, I would recommend this place to anyone!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Tbilisi! The location was perfect—close to key attractions, great restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing helpful local tips and ensuring I had a smooth experience from check-in to check-out. I especially loved the cozy balcony with a view of the city—a great spot to relax after exploring. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi and would happily stay here again!

We were a group of 5 friends without children and stayed for 4 nights during May. There were some issues with hot water on the first floor, it was available periodically (no issues on the 2'nd floor). During the bad weather it was quite cold inside, but the heating was turned off until the last day. The home is about 20 minutes from the city center, so I would recommend it only for guests with a car. As other comments already noted, the hosts are living in the same house just behind the wall so that you can hear them sometimes. For us it was not an issue, we didn't feel their presence. It was even helpful when we needed them. They are very nice and polite people, always were glad to help. The house is very nice to spend time in during both, good and bad weather, thank to the pool and the fireplace. The view from the balcony was unexpectedly gorgeous. Good kitchen with almost everything we needed. We glad that we stayed here, we would glad to spend here more time.

Our stay at Qeta Villa was absolutely perfect! Everything exceeded our expectations — the villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. very good option for friends and big families that want private rooms and a pool! Joseph responded quick and brings anything that missing, even cleaning option available for that place and pool after a few days

We had a really relaxed time at this beautiful villa. It was quite hot, but Irakli was kind enough to get ventilators for the rooms so we could still sleep. If airco is installed the place would be even more comfortable. The pool was excellent and communication with the host was great. The only downside we experienced besides the heat is that the water and electricity stopped working for a night, but this was remedied the next morning.
