A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

Time out at Klopferbach

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.

The kitchen in the Charlet is fully equipped. The living room has an extendable living area with a TV and soundbox. The bedrooms are equipped with round wood beds (2m x 2m) and Mako-Satin bedding. The chalet offers an indoor sauna with sauna towels, bathrobes and sanuaaromen for infusion. The approx. 50 sqm terrace offers a heated hot tub and sitting lounge with barbecue. On an approx. 2000 sqm property, every guest enjoys maximum privacy.

The apartment is located on the 3-hectare property with horses that live in an open stable in the immediate vicinity. A perfect starting point for hikes, canoe and mountain bike tours. The flair of the 50s is preserved in the house. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can switch off wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For the guests, the 1st and 2nd floors are reserved and connected by stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studios.
