Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tennessee River

Where to start with this rental!? As soon as we pulled up, we were in love with the property. It's so beautiful, near and far. The interior is so cozy and there were so many accommodating extras. It was a welcomed surprise. The animals were precious. We were fortunate to meet the owners as they were exiting the driveway, and we got to learn some fun facts about the animals :) I would live there if I could! It's so comfortable and inviting. Highly, highly recommend!

Great experience and hosts! The space was exactly as described and as pictured. We felt at home and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. When our plans changed unexpectedly the hosts gave us recommendations for area attractions and activities. The location was easy to find, very private, and perfect for our travel needs. Would highly recommend this location!

First off, wow! What a hidden gem. I did see some other reviews saying the bathroom had no door, a door was installed. Besides the renter above us having some “adult fun” pretty late and loud, our stay was fantastic. 10/10 would come back. Jeff didn’t slack on the details and trinkets, felt very at home. Thank you for the pit stop for the night.

This place was an incredible value for our family to enjoy an overnight stay. We really enjoyed the local wildlife and roomy accommodations. Our boys really enjoyed the ping pong table - a welcome surprise! We will definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

Very beautiful place. Lacy’s landscaping is immaculate. It was so nice to have a fenced in area for my dogs to do their business! Although we didn’t use it - the hot tub is a very nice amenity. Lacy recommended some nearby places to eat and they were amazing. Close to the race track and close to Nashville. The perfect spot!

Wow. This place is amazing. One of my favorites from AirBnBs in lots of countries. The views, the location, the attention to detail, the pool, the hot tub, etc. We spent a week here with our three kids and fell right at home. Everything worked and we felt welcome. I especially loved how each time we looked across the ridge down over Chattanooga it always was a bit different. Adam was exceptional. He bent over backwards to accommodate us, and he was ultra responsive.

This home was absolutely wonderful. We loved that home felt secluded in a peaceful area of the woods but you were still just 5 minutes from stores. It was very convenient to Walmart and Publix. The home was very clean and she provided everything you would need including extra blankets, towels, qtips, cotton balls etc. The split floor living area has an adorable retro feel to it and the balcony outside of the living area was a perfect spot to work every morning and hear the birds while under the perfect amount of shade. We didn’t hate that it rained a few days either because the sound of the rain on the roof was very calming. The only thing to point out, which didn’t bother us but felt like it should be known is that the primary bedroom has a curtain as the door. The other room has a door. Didn’t bother us though and we will definitely be returning again!!

Laurie and Daniel They are the best of best and their kind and helpful and make everything wonderful for us. We already have booked another two trip in the future with them next year. We will continue to come there and stay at their place in search of that trophy bass.

We stayed at Jill’s place for three nights and really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area was walkable to many restaurants, bars, live music, ice cream and cvs.

Absolute top knotch host, and stay. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The stocked kitchen is a huge bonus. The morning muffins were a big hit, especially for my kiddos. The host honestly thought of everything, and went above & beyond with SO many amazing extras!! You can definitely tell LOTS of love has been put into this home away from home. Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars

Arrived late but found the home easily, right off the highway, but also very quiet and peaceful. The suite is nicely decorated and very clean. The bathroom was amazing, with a wonderful waterfall shower with room for two. A very nice romantic getaway for the wife and I on our anniversary. Will absolutely look at staying there again when traveling through Nashville.

It was so cute and comfy we definitely will be back . They have everything you need . Very friendly and respectful and responsive. If ur looking for a quiet comfy place this is it . It very clean

Christy's place was super convenient to everything we wanted to do in Nashville. I also liked that it was tucked away in its own peaceful neighborhood with some easily accessible cafes. I really enjoyed myself.

This was my second stay and I plan to come back next year when I visit Bowling Green again. Jamie is a very responsive host who makes the visit easy and fun. Many thanks.

Gary's place was excellent! It was just what we needed after wedding activities at Gardens of the Gorge. This place is very quiet at night and a great place to unwind. The view from the balcony is so nice and was a welcomed sight each morning. Thank you again!

The condo was very cute and in a great location! The host was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this stay.

Shannon is very responsive. The condo is conveniently located. We were very close to restaurants, bars and Broadway. No complaints here. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay! Immediately felt welcomed. The view of the river was great and made for such a relaxing atmosphere. I also really appreciated how easy it was to walk to Broadway and all the fun attractions nearby. It was the perfect spot for enjoying everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay! Perfect for a weekend getaway. We were within 20 minutes max from different attractions. I think some of the reviews mentioned noise from the traffic but that did not bother us at all! Yes, you can hear it but it wasn’t too loud that we couldn’t sleep. Would definitely recommend!!

We loved this place! Very quiet neighborhood and several restaurants that were in walking distance. Quick Ubers to our favorite attractions! Allen is very responsive and great communication at all times. My husband and I love Nashville and we will definitely return here to stay again! We enjoyed the decor and how we felt apart of the Nashville lifestyle! Thank you so much! Water in the fridge was much appreciated since we arrived later in the evening. A quick walk to Publix and we were set. Another convenience!

It was a perfectly cozy place for us to stay and well stocked with everything we would need. It was also close to downtown Nashville.
