Very bright and no noise. We have had a WORK on the block in front that has generated annoying noises during the week, since they do not work on weekends, but the City Council has informed us that they will end on October 18, 2025. Well connected, 5 minutes walk from the Retiro and 25 minutes walk from the Salamanca neighborhood. Buses 3 minutes from home, Metro stop Pacífico Line 1_Blue and 15 minutes Atocha station. Very close to the Salamanca neighborhood and the Retiro Park.
