Pure nature enjoyment at the edge of the forest! A fantastic place to recharge and rest, but there are also no limits to many sporting activities. The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

The guest suite in the Stöckelkeller near Bayreuth

The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

Sleep and dream. Overnight stay with garden view. Quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, the lovingly designed apartment can accommodate 2 people. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen, bathroom with toilet and a separate bedroom. If desired, you can sleep separately / sleeping gallery (bedroom 2), which is accessible via a wooden staircase. The 42 sqm apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The adjoining terrace and garden invite you to relax.

Cozy studio apartment in quiet residential area, close to the center, with views over Bayreuth and unique sunsets. You can walk to downtown Bayreuth in a 20-minute walk. The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

Helle und ländlich gelegene Wohnung. 3 Minuten zu Fuß in den Wald, Wanderwege vor der Haustür. Wohnung liegt direkt im Dreiländer-Eck Bayreuth, Kulmbach und Bamberg. 20 Minuten per Auto nach Bayreuth, sehr gute Autobahnanbindung. Monteure sind bei uns herzlich willkommen! Vollausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Boxspring-Matratzen im Kingsize Bett, Balkon mit Südausrichtung und Smart-TV, Waschmaschine im Bad vorhanden. Parkplatz für ein Fahrzeug vorhanden.

The kitchenette offers everything you need, as well as a sink, refrigerator, double induction stove, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The cuddly double bed (160m x 200m) has two dimmable bedside lamps and side shelves. Sufficient storage space is provided by two shelves, the space under the bed and numerous wall hooks.
