Beach house holiday rentals in Tijuana

Just like their property, Susan & Daphne were inviting and cheerful! Fabulous hosts who were so responsive and helpful, they made us feel right at home. The property itself has a stunning view of the beach, with wide windows to enjoy that view unadulterated from the inside and a great patio to enjoy it from outside. We were on a romantic couple’s long weekend and stayed mostly the entire time at the property. The kitchen had a great amount of surface space for cooking, which was a fun bonus. Tucked at the end of Rosarito Beach, we felt very safe and undisturbed, yet just a quick ride away when we wanted to venture into town. Comfortable and clean.

Loved our quick weekend getaway! only item I would note is the spotting WIFI. sounds like it is the area, which is not surprising. We were fine as we had kiddos leave the ipads at home and brought board games! wanted to get away from online activites. Our cellular service did work. :-) Host was extremely responsive. as in mintues! and answered all questions. It is winter, but kiddos liked walking to the beach and throwing rocks into the water. since it is a rocky beach, the waves make a special sound. it was cool! Host did warn us about being cold and no heat in house. THANKS. we brought little heaters and it was not a problem at all! warmed up during the day. it was only night time that it dipped a bit. thank you and we enjoyed our stay.

Marisa’s home was absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. We felt right at home and everything went smoothly during our stay. The area was calm and peaceful. We’d definitely stay here again for another relaxing vacation.

The Family and I loved our stay at the beach house. Couldn’t have asked for a better location, all you had to do was walk out the door and onto the beach. Over all, well centered to most things in Rosarito. Very quick with responses and communicative when asked questions. I’d recommend this home to all and will definitely be back next time around!

I have never been in a more beautiful airbnb ever! This home exceeded my families expectations. This home was bigger in person!!! We were 7 adults 4 kids. The kids never got bored. This house is LOADED. Plenty of physical games, card games, activities to do. We went to both pools, both were nice. Neighborhood felt SAFE! Neighbors and residents were friendly. Also, 8-10 man jacuzzi. 3 bathrooms. Very clean. David was an extremely friendly and accommodating, flexible host. I love to cook and this had a FULL kitchen, tools, pans and all. Oxxo is about 10 min drive so come with all your needs, I have zero complaints about anything at all here. From San Diego and This home was breathtaking. A staycation much needed and appreciated. Thank you for having even the most detailed rental down to seasonings, soaps, towels and all. I will be back.

Beautiful stay in Rosarito! My children and I loved everything about this home—the stunning ocean views, the cozy and comfortable space, and the sense of peace and security. The area felt very safe with 24/7 security, which gave me peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and even more lovely in person. Amy was a wonderful host—kind, responsive, and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend this place and would definitely come back again!

Wow this place was amazing words cant describe the beauty of this place i will defiantly be coming back this place has the view of the ocean is a min walk from the pier is visible from the house its location is amazing so much restaurants surrounds this place and the place from the inside is super nice is a 3 story home has a garage and has street parking for free the main level is in the middle and the rooms are in the 3rd floor Mike is a amazing host and very understanding person his neighbors are amazing super nice mike communicated the entire time i was there This place has a patio and the view is amazing the beds where super relaxing it felt like sleeping in the clouds i love each room had a tv and he had games i enjoy every min check in was easy and check out was amazing i love how mike gave me time to pack all stuff and i never felt hurried thats a bonus for me this is my every time i am in san diego stay thank you so much mike I hope to return soon this is the best location.

Loved everything, even though theirs no TV in bedrooms there's alot of garage area to distract children. Will love to rent here again.

Great experience all around! I plan to book again. The place is so clean and so close to the Bay and the beach. Parking is easy enough and the restaurants near by are fantastic. The bed is soft as can be, and the vibe is so cool. Thanks so much!

The beach house was wonderful. We stayed here with two kids. It's a 2 min walk to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed and more (even had a pack n play and a wagon to haul stuff to beach or around the zoo, etc) There are two outdoor patios which are lovely. Very family friendly. The host is also very responsive and accommodating! One important note if you've never been to San Diego - this neighborhood is directly below the flight path to the airport. The listing mentions it too, but be aware if you're a sensitive sleeper. Flights stop around 11.30pm but at 6.30am there is a stampede of a planes for about 45 min.

Great spot for a large family! Everyone had their own bathroom, and two rooms being upstairs meant the adults could hang out late while the kids slept! We rented a Suburban and were concerned about parking in the garage, but figured out the way to do it was to back in and take both parking spots!! We were pleasantly surprised yo find beach chairs, toys and a surplus of beach towels. The jacuzzi was clean and the rooftop was great for fireworks.

We loved our stay, and couldn't have picked a better house for our reunion weekend. With a well-stocked kitchen and great living spaces throughout the house, our group of 5 was very comfortable. The beach chairs and bikes in the garage were a treat, and made accessing the local amenities easy. We also loved all the windows, which were great for letting in the sea breeze. We would definitely stay again!

!Stop scrolling & Stay here! This house has stunning views of the ocean. The most romantic place on the coast, a perfect IG pic. spot! It pains me to say this because I would like to keep it my own personal secret! I don’t write reviews let alone a glowing one, but this is well deserved. The house is amazing it looks great on line and even better in person. All at a great rate$! What you see is what u get, interior is beautiful & the beds are so comfy! and best of all, We felt safe & secure here. You are literally right above the water and u fall asleep to the sounds of crashing waves. The hosts Maritza and Edgar were terrific. They reached out with clear directions and checked on us to make sure entry went smoothly. Truly felt like they cared about us. It was like staying at close friends house. Both hosts were excited to share their favorite area restaurants and wineries when asked. I travel a lot and both this house & host are my favorite. Thank you for the perfect weekend Maritza!

No words to describe how great this unit was and how great our trip was. Rooms were set up perfectly, everything was very convenient and comfortable. I especialy loved that every room had ceiling fans. Beautiful house beautiful location enjoyed every min of it especially when relaxing outside and watching the ocean views. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate when I visited, so I'm looking forward to my next San Diego trip so I can book it based on availability.

Linda was a great host and the description and representation of the unit was very accurate. She is very prompt and responsive. The location is very central to the strip and we were able to walk to every activity, restaurants, Belmont Park, Grocery Store(Ralph’s) there are a plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee places etc very close and everything is within a mile walk at most. Like the listing says it’s just steps to the beach. The unit was very cozy and comfortable. Overall it was a great value and we had a fun Memorial Day weekend trip.

This place is great for kids, right in the bay. Looked exactly like the pictures, the place had an A/C which was great for the warm afternoons. We will stay here again.

Fantasic location, beautifully furnished home, plenty of space, amazing kitchen, comfortable beds & plenty of bathrooms. Jamie was always responsive, helpful & such a good host. So worth the money.

This was the perfect getaway for me and my family. I was my last trip with my son before her leaves to the Navy and also his Birthday trip. he had so much fun and it was so nice to see him be a kid again. this place was close to everything a teenager would want with a beautiful view of the ocean that was only steps away from us. we will be back.

If you have a large group that includes four legged friends, this is your spot! Heather is very responsive and so kind. She left us snacks and a sweet welcoming note, plus fresh cut flowers. We loved being able to park in the garage. The house is huge and so cozy! We had a wonderful stay, thank you again!

Amazing Stay - Highly Recommend! I had an incredible stay at this property. The space was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and felt extremely safe. The location couldn’t have been better – there’s a fantastic restaurant on-site with delicious food options, right in front of the beach. Plus, there are so many walkable coffee shops, great taco spots, and even a grocery store just a few minutes away. Adolfo, the host, was incredibly responsive and friendly, making the whole experience even better. The WiFi was impressively fast, which was perfect for working from home. I was able to join several meetings without any issues, even with others using the WiFi at the same time. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and if you're looking to explore more, it’s only a quick $3 Uber ride to Papas & Beer. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay with convenience, comfort, and a fantastic host!

I had a great stay at Tara's home. The energy was very welcoming and safe. I had the opportunity to chat with Tara my first night and some of the other guests a different night, which gave me nice hostel vibes. OB is super cute with options for dining and activities. I was in town for a training that was pretty demanding, so even in a shared space, I felt I had my own autonomy. I'd definitely stay again.

Complete & very clean home with ample cooking utensils, water sports equipment, laundry, friendly host . Highly recommended .

If you are debating on this place and another, im telling you now this is the place. Jennifer the co host was very helpful from beginning to end. This place is beyond beautiful. it is very spacious and the beach is very clean as is the water. i had another go to spot a lil further south...i think this is my new spot to go to. very beautiful.
