Dear Guests Welcome! Caccamo is a hill town on the north coast of Sicily 521 m above the sea level, 10 km from the coast, 45 km from Palermo. The town of medieval origin is very rich in art and history. The town holds great views of the surrounding countryside and overlooks the San Leonardo river valley and the artificial lake Rosamarina, where you can enjoy different recreation activities and watersports. The area is known for its agricultural products: almonds, meat, cheeses and olives.

Loft by the sea, with private beach access

The little house is a new building, by the sea and with direct access to the beach, indoor parking and free Wi-Fi. Great location: in front of the Highway entrance of Trabia (A19). The house can host 4 or 5 people. It is divided as follow: double room with triple use, another bedroom with bunk bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, a diving room, a little terrace with direct access to the sea where you can eat enjoying the view of the Bay of Trabia and the background of Capo Zafferano.

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.
