Detached, quiet and comfortable villa with direct access to the sea. The beach is characterized by the posedonia, classified by biologists as the nursery of the crystal clear sea. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 for double use, 1 with a private bathroom in the room, the third bedroom for quadruple use, also equipped with a private bathroom in the room. There is also a sofa bed for two more guests. An outdoor bathroom, with two showers, one indoor and one outdoor on the beach.

Casa Villea - Big terrace with sea view

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

House with large private garden and swimming pool a few meters from the beach and train station. The house, on two floors, is equipped with every appliance as well as a private parking lot. On the lower floor is the kitchen, a bathroom and a living area while on the upper part there are four bedrooms and a bathroom. It is located about 150 meters from the beach, which can be accessed free of charge, and 5.7 km from Cefalù, which can be easily reached by train!

Casa Blu with pool. Paradise between sky and sea

Villa Casa Blu is a wonderful villa with pool and an amazing view of the blu mediterranean sea, surrounded by green nature of sicilian countryside. The house has four double bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower, extra a fourth outdoor bathroom near the pool area. The strength points of the villa are the lounge bar and the external kitchen with barbecue and wooden oven for making unforgattable italian pizzas! Ideal for who loves relax, elegance and comfort.

The Lemon Garden

The house is located within an estate planted with olive trees and citrus groves, ideal for those who want to be in touch with nature without giving up the conveniences of a town. On the approximately 10-hectare estate, there are two Corso dogs accustomed to roaming and interacting with guests. If you are not comfortable with dogs, this house is probably not the best choice. The pool is shared with my family and will be accessible starting in May.
