Immerse yourself in the vintage and modern contrast of this fully renovated home that belonged to my grandmother and full of memories. In a completely Mediterranean style "Binidittu" offers a pleasant typical Sicilian stay. The loft has original vintage decor while maintaining an innovative, functional, and modern design the terrace is intended for common use with washing machine, iron and ironing board, a small gym and an outdoor relaxation area with sofas. When the guest arrives, we give directions and make a quick tour of the country. We are available for any request... The loft is 300 meters from the motorway junction. Casteldaccia is a small seaside village located between Palermo and Cefalù a few minutes from the ruins of Solunto and the eighteenth-century villas of Bagheria. In the old town of Casteldaccia you can walk through the streets of the village and be immersed in the colors and scents of Sicilian culture. Nearby various seaside beaches and free beaches. However, it is preferable to have with you or rent a car to get around without being related to the schedules of public transport or trains.

The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.
