House at the Annunziata

Independent apartment in the Historic Center of Termini Imerese recently renovated with exposed wooden ceiling and handmade ceramics, 3 rooms and accessories on two levels connected by an internal staircase. It is accessed from the Serpentina, a tree-lined road that connects upper Termini with lower Termini. The center can be reached on foot in a few minutes, along the characteristic cobblestone streets. The equipped lido, the port and the train station are also within walking distance.

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

The accommodation overlooks a lively and busy square, so during your stay you may hear noise from municipal events (festivals, concerts) or nearby private venues. Just a few minutes' walk from the train station, with connections to Palermo (12 km) and Cefalù (45 km). From October to January, some neighbors may carry out renovation work in their homes.
