Holiday rentals with a patio in Truckee River

Great place to stay in Reno with ample room for our family. Kitchen is well stocked. We felt right at home with all the amenities. The location is close to midtown and downtown area. We will be staying again on our future visits to Tahoe/Reno.

We had a great time during our stay. The host was very helpful, responsive and quick to resolve any concerns. We were in Reno for a wedding and it came in super handy that the place had a steamer and an iron for our clothes. The location was nice as well, we would stay again. Great host!

We loved staying at this air bnb, there were a couple things missing or broken that we needed, laundry detergent, etc. all in all though great neighborhood and place to book for a couple of nights. For anyone else booking for the summer time, there was no AC although the fans work great and open windows at night too. It was perfect for smaller company, for us it was just 2 people and the area was absolutely lovely, we would definitely recommend!

Nice little studio in the heart of midtown close proximity to anything and everything . Host are good people and were very accommodating.

We booked last minute on memorial weekend. Our daughter has a summer job in Truckee so we were driving her from Idaho. Is at the end he of town, quiet, easy access. We missed how to get in (where clearly in the instructions). Dusti was quick to respond - even in the busy weekend!

We had an amazing stay! The place was incredibly cozy and welcoming—it truly felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed and even more than we could’ve thought to ask for. We had an amazing stay at Jordan’s place — it’s the perfect spot for a group getaway in Tahoe! Check-in was seamless, and everything was exactly as pictured in the listing: incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We especially enjoyed the cozy and spacious living areas — from the large living room with an awesome sound bar to the game loft upstairs. The kitchen was fully equipped and great for cooking meals together. Beds were comfortable and the heating worked great. The location in Incline Village on Tahoe’s north shore was outstanding — quiet, safe, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. It’s also just a short drive to beaches, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do. Overall, I’d highly recommend this listing and would return without hesitation. Amanda’s house was perfect for our ski weekend. Close to multiple ski resorts but still close to Reno for dinning. The house was the perfect size with a fenced yard for our doggies to run around. The place was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. I would definitely stay again!

This beautifully remodeled unit in NorthStar at Tahoe feels like home. Thoughtfully decorated, it offers a warm, inviting atmosphere. The well-appointed kitchen has everything needed for the family chef, seamlessly connecting to the dining and family rooms for quality time together. The cozy living room features ample seating, a gas fireplace, and stunning snow-capped hillside views. A quaint balcony with a bistro table is perfect for coffee, wine, or simply enjoying the scenery. Bedrooms are tastefully decorated with plush mattresses, soft linens, and fresh pillows. A stocked laundry area with new machines keeps up with outdoor adventures. Thoughtful details and communicative hosts made this our most memorable vacation rental. Fantastic location. Short walk to the lake. We would walk out to the lake and then walk out on the dock to watch the boats and lake activity. The home itself was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. BBQ was really clean and looked like it was newer. Short walk to coffee and restaurants.

There's no closer ski-in / ski-out condo in the village than the ones in Catamount! What makes this one special, though, is that it's so quiet with the balcony facing the mountains, and the massage chair is a real luxury! Excellent stay overall, will definitely return!

Super close to kings beach and there’s a really nice town with a bunch of restaurants! The host was great at communicating! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Very nice, clean and spacious place. Great for our family of four. The mattress are very hard, which we live! Walkable to shopping and restaurants. However, no public beach in incline village.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Airbnb in the Tahoe area. The place is pretty new and we feel right at home. Everything feels clean and comfortable. The host is great and communicated very well and also was very accommodating. Would recommend
