Tugkan is very responsive and friendly. he was always there to help us and give us jnstructions. pros: nice apartement, with all the amenities that work perfectely. kitchen is well equiped for cooking for 6 7 people and washing mashine and dish washing machines are making everything very easy. Tugkan himself is very responsive and helpful. cons: the public transportation access is really bad. so before booking, bear in mind that you may use a lot of taxis and ubers and plan for it. The streets that lead to the apartment are extremely steep, making it hard to access any public transportation. Overall it worth the money, it is reletively cheap for 7 people.

I stayed at the apartment for nearly a month and had a wonderful experience. Sergey was an exceptional host—always helpful and quick to provide solutions for anything we needed. He truly sets the standard for hospitality. The apartment is located on the second floor, easily accessible, and exceptionally clean. It’s well-equipped with everything necessary for daily living, including laundry facilities, cooking appliances, and entertainment options. Although I didn’t use the pool myself, there is a fantastic on-site pool as well as a gym. The property is private and very quiet—perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful environment. It’s important to respect the quiet hours, which helps maintain the calm atmosphere. I felt very safe throughout my stay. The community is gated and has 24/7 security. For transportation, taxis are available, but I highly recommend renting a car in Northern Cyprus where public transport is limited. There are markets close by walking distance.

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

My wife and I began our excursion at the hours of early early morning. Unfortunately for other but fortunately for us we are quite the spontaneous type. (They all wish they were like this) we boooked the airbnb in the airport 20 min before boarding. We had high hopes and I am proud and grateful to say Victoria proved us right like always (we are always right). We arrived no less than 10 hours after booking and found the place to be neat and spotless. The check in was immaculate, the sercurity very secure. And the pool, don’t get me started… exquisite! The building only a 20 min drive or at least of my driving, from central Alanya. Overall even though we did have ups and downs with my wife, we did make amazing memories in this apartment and in Alanya. Thank you to Victoria, thank you to the security and thank you to the people of Alanya. Ps: thank you to my wife as well, the love of my life now and always.

Lovely apartment in a wonderful complex. The beach, which is not very convenient for children at the complex, and right in front of the cemetery complex - it was a little strange at first, but then we got used to it. The pool is great for kids and the slides are cool.

Thank you Ali. The place was really nice with a great view. Ali is very nice and responsive. Unfortunately during our stay the dishwasher didn’t work but hopefully it’ll be fixed for the next guests. Ali was very nice to send us some Baklava as an apology for the dishwasher which means he really cares about the guests and is a great host. Thank you Ali.

I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! The apartment is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and the bed is fantastic — I slept like a baby. It's incredibly quiet, which was perfect for relaxing, yet just a few minutes away from vibrant city centers. There are plenty of great cafés and restaurants right around the corner. The host was kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

Mr. Necati and his wife were really nice. They helped with everything, no matter the time, thank you so much. The pool is really good in the room we stayed in, and the hot tub was perfect. We are really pleased with the location close to the grocery stores and the gas station. Thanks again.

Door number was not issued in the instructions which made it hard to find. Pool depth was not visible anywhere near the pool. One bed had used linen smelt like female perfume. I did not appreciate the gardener hosing the entrance and gardens very early in the morning. Otherwise house was beautiful clean and tidy very secure. My granddaughters loved the pool. Will not hesitate to stay again. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

I swear to God, the owner of the cottage is good and tries to give you the best experience. It is the best thing I have ever tried. Turkey, honestly, entering the cottage is difficult, but it is worth the experience.

My family stayed here for a week and I can say it was a really cool place! Very hospitable hosts, met us with a delicious cake, were always in touch and tried to solve all the issues that we had! The premises are very spacious, there are many bedrooms, everything is tidy, clean, everything we needed was there. And when something was missing, the host responded very quickly and provided help) What I can note is the top location, the store right under the house, the embankment, the facilities, the sea. I liked the garden of the house the most, you can grill food there, and the child can play and just sit in the shade) I recommend this place 100%

The house smelled of clean linens and soap. The pool was warm. You can go with peace of mind.

We spent 10 days at Thyme House and were immediately in love 😍 the house is really nice and clean. The view is simply fantastic, unbelievably great. We felt right at home, or rather, much better than at home. Hatice has fulfilled all of our wishes. Important to know: the house is located directly in the mountains and you are in the middle of Turkish life. If you want to go to Göcek, you always have to drive down for 15 minutes. For us, that was just right because we love the peace and quiet and a breathtaking view is more important.

Good apartment for tourists to swim at the sea with during the season. Private territory is safe and comfortable.

Family trip enjoyed our stay, quiet place, great amenities and fresh linens stocked, and beautiful. Restaurants very close and amazing walkability to take photos by the sea.

It was located close to the downtown area of Izumil, and it was very easy to sightsee. The room was clean, well-equipped, and I didn't feel any inconvenience during my stay. The host Doa was also very kind and answered questions within 10 minutes, and I was able to stay without any problems.

Hasan was very warm and welcoming throughout. I could easily message him any time of the day and he would help out immediately. Once at midnight, I had accidentally dropped my keys between the elevator shaft and Hasan was immediately ready to come to the rescue. Very helpful, responsive. Would highly recommend staying here especially when here for work or longer durations

Very nice, spacious, well decorated apartment; walkable to everything; tons of restaurants nearby. Nice promenade to stroll in the beautiful summer evenings. Taxi stand across the street. Very helpful host, quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!
