First of all, the place itself where the house is located is just a diamond! Incredible views, birds are singing, climbers paradise - wherever you go or look - a new spot for climbing or just walking. Local people around are so friendly plus international climbing community is all around you. The house is so comfortable and clean! Absolutely unbelievable how comfortable and sustainable house can be at such rural and cinematic location - full kitchen with all the accessories, shower with hot water, beautiful terrace with the view you can’t forget, one double bed and unfoldable sofa which transforms into another very comfortable double bed. I slept like a baby in this house and spend one of the best days of my life there!

Great stay! Only a few minutes walk from the beach and a local shop. There are small bungalows in a beautiful garden:) it’s very quiet there.

During our stay, Mr. Özgür and his brother were very friendly. We checked in quite late because we came from far away, but when we arrived, they greeted us with a smile. Everything was as in the photo, even more beautiful. Mr. Özgür has thought of everything to make the stay easier. There was a huge bed and it was very comfortable. Everywhere was clean. Especially the garden was our favorite. There was a garden area larger than the house and it belonged to us completely. You should stay in this place in the heart of Kayaköy. We thank Mr. Özgür and his team for everything. It was a place I encountered by chance, but I intend to stay again as soon as possible. 🙏🏻

I found a holiday opportunity that I needed. The house was clean and convenient in terms of all facilities. If you are looking for a calm and peaceful holiday, you should definitely stay here. Mr. Fatih and his wife, Mrs. Berrin, were very friendly and smiling. There are all kinds of items that may be needed at home, I had bought a few kitchen supplies with me, there was no need. I went with my car and my folding bike, it was very enjoyable to ride a bike in the early morning hours. Going by car is a great comfort because you park your car and go directly to the sea, carrying things is not a burden, there is no parking problem. Cannot recommend this place enough! My husband and l loved staying here! Hikmet was extremely hospitable to us and made us feel very welcome in the beautiful Turkish countryside. Her neighbors invited us to eat authentic Turkish food the first night, which was so good! The cottage was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well furnished and the views were so beautiful. I wasn't feeling well for a couple of the days that we were there and Hikmet took such good care of us. She brought me some herbal tea and soup which was so good. You won't find a better place with a more wonderful host if you’re looking for a cozy, comfortable and authentic getaway in Turkey!

Özgür and his family were incredibly accommodating, helpful and welcoming, ensuring that we had a comfortable stay. The house itself is cozy, and relatively comfortable equipped with everything we needed. It was a peaceful getaway for us and our dog.

We loved it enough to come for 2 days and complete it for 4 days. The food was delicious. The rooms were clean. We would like to thank Mr. Ahmet and his staff for the 4 days we had a pleasant time.

We came to get away from the noise of the city and relax for a while, but we had an experience that exceeded our expectations. This tiny house is both incredibly sweet and everything from the bathroom to the kitchen was thought out; we had what we needed. The location is also great, after being quiet, you can escape to Alaçatı or Çeşme in 10 minutes. But frankly, we didn't even want to leave the house most of the time because the environment was so peaceful and enjoyable. Our host was also very interested in everything, he shared all the details with us before he arrived, and everything went smoothly during the holiday. In short, it was a perfect resting holiday, thank you so much for everything!

Everything is thoughtfully decorated, there is a lot that may be needed, the host is warm and friendly, anyone who wants to leave in peace should experience this house and this view.

If you like a private stay in nature with very welcoming hosts and pets than this is for you! As a couple it was perfect, and we would highly recommend it! The cabin and outdoor lounge area is very cosy and we did not want to leave!

It's a little high up, but it has a beautiful view. It's an ideal accommodation for 4 people. The profile of the slingshot is very distorted, it should not come out of the house :) Also, highway noise is heard all over the village, in modern countries, sound-breaking walls are placed on the highway crossings of this type of towns. Of course, there is no such thing here.

I had reservations about staying in Sapanca for a long time. I'm so glad I chose Rıdvan Bey's house. We stayed in a wonderfully planned house with nature, respectful of where it is located. We were very satisfied with everything, thank you very much for your interest and approach to the host

A hidden gem😍, amazing place and clean, and an even more amazing host but place is hard to get to specially in night or during fog.

Honestly, the cottage is very beautiful and Elias and his wife Fatima are kind and explained to us all the details of the cottage and we found a water spring near the cottage, its taste is fresh and delicious. I recommend the cottage because it is very private and has everything you need.

During our stay, both Mr. Recep and Mr. Oğuzhan were very interested. The house was very clean and everything said was provided.

Derya and her wonderful family were friendly and so helpful before and during my stay. The tiny house has everything one needs and is indeed peaceful yet walkable to shops and restaurants. Ortaca is a great jump off point for nearby beaches and towns - I used buses and if you have a car even better. There were fresh oranges from the property that could be picked and recently laid eggs from the hen house - an absolute bonus. I would highly recommend the tiny house and definitely use again when I return to turkey. Derya mum even gave me a lift to bus station when I was leaving and a little homemade snack to take with. I felt like I had visited family - very lovely people. Thank you!

The area was beautiful and the most beautiful thing about it was the surrounding area for those who love the countryside and love the green nature and tranquility.

Small house located in a quiet area, a few minutes walk from the sea and a few minutes by car from the village, where you can find basic groceries. The place is ideal for one, up to two people. It is very well maintained and clean, and equipped with everything you need. I especially appreciated the outdoor spaces. With Murat, the communication was excellent. The only minus was the slightly excessive price, above 110 euros per night. Everything else is perfect, recommended!
